  Today, two employees installed new gutter guards on existing gutters, hung a new gutter on door overhang, and repaired one area! The Lozados completed all their work in a timely manner. The quality of their work was impeccable! I took the time to walk around my home to inspect the completed work! Details mattered in this work and the employees honored the importance of details so gutters and downspouts direct water away from my home! Thank you for your work!

  I would strongly encourage anyone consdiering Seamless Exterior to get multiple estimates and do your due diligence before signing anything or paying a deposit. We signed a contract in early June and paid our deposit. At that time, we were told to expect installation around mid/late-July. When I reached out towards the end of July for an update I was told the project had been pushed to August. Since then, communciation has been extremely poor. I have had to repeatedly reach out for information and was never contacted by anyone actually assigned to manage or oversee our project. My only reliable contact throught the whole process was Heather, a front-office receptionist,. While she has been courteous and great to work with, she is not the person managing the project and has had to be stuck in the middle trying to relay information between parties. Despite having our deposit for more than two months, we never received proactive communiation, a firm installation date, or meaningful updates about the status of our project. The combination of the aggresive sales process, pricing, repeated delays, and lack of communication after taking a substantial deposot ultimately caused us to lose confidence in the company and cancel our contract. I am sharing our expereince because I wish we had done more research and gotten more estimates from other companies before signing. Don't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. They will push you to decide the same day and sign up for their financing on the spot. DO NOT DO IT. Get multiple quotes, compare the scope of work carefully, understand the cancellation terms, and make sure you know exactly who will be responsible for your project after you sign and get their contact information. I do not recomment Seamless Exterior based on our experience.

  Calley was great to work with! We had to replace the top part of the windowsill and he took his time picking the right stain and carving out the wood to make it match the original piece. He was very thorough and easy to communicate with!

  Seamless Exteriors helped me with my roof after the hailstorm in April 2026. They were professional and kind. They even helped me figure out how to pay when my insurance came back and said they wouldn't cover or pay for the roof. I have solar panels as well and they worked with my solar company to get the removal and the reinstall scheduled. They were a big help and I probably would have lost my mind without it. Andrew, Jim, Jason, and Brett... Thank you for all your help!!!

  We are very pleased with our recent experience having gutter replacement in Waterloo by Seamless Exterior . Ty Bell clearly explained our options and what to expect. The project was promptly scheduled and professionally done in spite of stifling weather by the Zapata team. Clean up was immaculate . Project leader Cali was by several times and called the next day for follow -up.
