  I had a dripping outside faucet. I had been using Peterson Plumbing but the last time I used them just to come to the house was $189.00. I reached out to TMI because I liked their price.Blake was the plumber who came to fix it. He was very thorough in his explanation of what could be done from the most expensive to the least expensive. He was here at the house no longer than 15 minutes and was cordial. I will always use TMI for my plumbing needs in the future.

  Wes came to finish up the job for first technician. He stayed till 530, which I'm sure was not on his original schedule. Thanks to both for finishing the job and getting my AC back working well. Wes also noted that the outside unit looked dirty and asked if it had had its spring maintenance. He encouraged me to call and schedule it. Thanks for going above and beyond! Both techs were great.

  Mike was very professional, came in and figured out both shut off valves were bad, and replaced them and hooked everything back up and we were fixed and good to go quickly, he even arrived a little earlier than expected. It was an excellent experience, I will definitely use TMI again, Thank You

  Francisco V arrived as told he would and went right to work. Began downstairs first and eliminated any problems with that unit, which there were none. Moving outside, he found with testing the condenser was not working properly and needed replacing. With our VIP plan we pay monthly, there wasn’t a charge. Francisco also cleaned the unit of cotton & other natures messes accumulated on it. He thoroughly went over everything he did and why the condenser needed replacing based on the output numbers. I was impressed with the entire visit. Very professional. I hope he returns for our HVAC inspections every time.

  This company has permanently lost my business with their incompetence. Last July I had gas leaking from my dryer, which was confirmed by my gas company, and I had a home warranty with TMI. My gas company detected gas, shut my gas off and advised calling someone to service the dryer. TMI sent a tech out who, without testing for a gas leak and only looking at some valves on the dryer, told me that my gas company had not actually detected gas, turned my gas line back on, told me the smell was sewer gas and left. I was charged $125 for this “service”. Needles to say an hour later, the gas smell returned. The gas company came back out, reconfirmed the gas leak, and turned my gas back off. This was confirmed again by a plumber and eventually resulted in having to purchase a new dryer after repairs were unsuccessful. Note that this is over the course of 3 weeks during which I am unable to do laundry in my newly purchased home. TMI eventually paid for the dryer as covered in the home warranty which I appreciated - this was handled by Jane who is fantastic at what she does and I firmly believe she is the sole reason this was taken care of. So because I was made whole through Jane’s excellent customer service I was going to move past the dangerous situation my family was put in by their tech and let it go. I wasn’t going to write a review. But they had the absolute audacity this month to try to automatically convert my home warranty, which was paid for by the sellers of my home, to a $1400 service agreement for which I had to call in order to opt out. Evidently TMI thinks trying to weasel out of paying for a repair covered by a home warranty by pretending there’s not an issue and risking your families safety in the process is the kind of service that is worth automatic enrollment in a $1400 annual service agreement. I strongly disagree.
