  Francisco from TMI helped us today by unclogging our HVAC system! I was expecting the worst, but thankfully, it turned out that all TMI needed to do was clear the pipe. Once everything was taken care of, Francisco told me there was no charge! Excellent customer service from start to finish. This is exactly why I’ve been a TMI customer for over a decade. Thank you, Francisco, and TMI!

  Called them to come help figure out what is wrong with our AC…… Calan was here for 30 mins give or take….. came up told me he wasn’t charging me for them coming out and couldn’t fix it because there were to many variables that he talked to his boss and left…… Come to find out he broke the brand new TXV that was put in did not say anything….. Glad the heat index is going to be over a 100 this week and my house is 80 degrees with a child in it! would not recommend! Edit to add: Yes we replaced the TXV not even a week ago…….

  Zayn was who helped me and he was absolutely amazing! I am not the one who usually calls or handles things when something needs to be fixed so I was pretty nervous. However, he had great communication, explained everything extremely well, talked me through what was wrong and what the next steps should be, and even gave me his professional opinion on a couple of matters. He was upfront on prices and even explained what I would need if I decided to fix something myself. Overall, absolutely amazing! He was in and out within a couple of hours and I knew exactly what needed to be done afterwards. If needed, I will definitely go with this company again! I loved my experience!

  THIS IS ACTUALLY LIZ LEAF COMMA MIKE'S WIFE PERIOD AND SHE WOULD LIKE TO SAY HOW WONDERFUL ROBERT WAS . HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING , AND HE HELPED ME OUT WITH A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH THE HOT WATER RUNNING SLOW OUT OF THE KITCHEN FAUCET. HE EXPLAINED WHY IT WAS HAPPENING AND FIXED IT! YOU'VE GOT A WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE THERE AND THANK YOU FOR SENDING HIM OUR WAY! I'm a little confused by the service says that I can pick from because he didn't inspection. He didn't do a toilet repair, but I'm picking that because I have to pick something.And the inspection isn't one of my choices.

  I received excellent service and support from TMI. I used the quote button and they responded within the stated time frame, after answering a question, they scheduled me for an appointment. Mr. Fonzie T , tech showed up, very polite, professional; check the AC system and fixed the problem; explained what caused the problem and how he fixed it. Great customer service skills.
