  Had an issue with a tub drain. Plumber came and installed new over flow and drain pipes. Had a leak later, found out they only used one screw to secure the overflow, causing a leak in the gasket. They came out to correct this issue, and now the actual drain leaks worse than the overflow did.

  Got up to a non working sump pump, in a season of what seems like non stop rain. Called and talked to JR. Could get replaced today and flat fee for replacement and clean up. In addition Jake who did the install of the sump pump also installed a back flow valve which we never had before. So it's quiet and don't hear the water sounds. WOW in and out in an hour! THANK YOU
