First of all, I want to say that Ace Handyman Services were very nice people to work with and I hate conflict or leaving bad reviews, but I am SO disappointed in my floor installation that I cannot let this happen to someone else. I had considered installing myself, but decided hiring someone who knew what they were doing was the better way to go. Boy was I wrong. I could have done this level of work myself. If this man had never installed hardwood floors before - they should have said no or told me!!! There were several boards that were dinged or scraped, etc that should not have been used as there was a whole extra bundle of flooring/other boards available. At the very least, damaged boards should have been used in the closet. But there were plenty to choose from! Then, to add salt to the wound, they tried to charge me $500 more - almost DOUBLE what they quoted me for the job. Including for an hr of set up, 2 boards cut, and clean up after he was initially called away for a family emergency. So charged for set up and clean up twice. Then he also brought an assistant without telling me that doing so would increase my price! He did end up knocking off a couple hundred because I was so shocked and upset by the outcome, but I am so unhappy with the final product/installation that I would not use this company ever again. I had another quote from Guys who do Flooring and wish with my whole heart I would have used them instead. Bad cuts, bad gaps, and bad board choice. Lesson learned.

Eric was amazing! He listened, kind, professional and quick. Would definitely have him come again for repairs or projects.

Mike, was honest to complete the work, involved taking out the drywall and replacing the track. We decided to leave the door as is!

Nick was very good at hanging pictures, seating a toilet, fixing a leg on one end table, installing smoke- carbon monoxide alarm, sink faucet, and many more things. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Hard worker and cleaned up after himself. Very glad to have met him! Please ask for him you will not be disappointed!

This worked very well for our paneling project. We paneled our kitchen peninsula facade. We planned, measured and bought materials. Ace Handyman came in and knocked out the work in 3 hours. Looks great.
