  Michael went above and beyond to help us get hot water over the weekend. The positioning of our water heater and the unique circumstances made for a long process. Michael spent multiple hours, well into the late night, to ensure we'd be up and running AND we'd never face the same challenges again. No matter how frustrating the situation, he stayed positive and very personable. His patience and attention to detail were VERY much appreciated. Very great to work with!

  Chris was really great and knowledgeable about the litany of plumbing problems our new to us house was facing. We called Ben Franklin because our water softener was not working, and Chris also replaced a toilet flange that was too high after a flooring swap while he was out here. He also walked us through a couple of other small plumbing issues and provided us options on replacing our water softener as well as adding in some other filters and an under the sink RO system. Ben Franklin plumbing has always offered exceptional service and Chris was no exception. Thank you!
