- CBCarl Bessman6 days ago5.0We woke up to find a cracked tank on the toilet in our master bedroom leaking onto the floor. Chris called us back promptly and arranged to fix the problem later that morning. By mid afternoon the problem had been fixed. This is third time we have used Ben Franklin Plumbing and we have been very pleased with the work they have performed for us.
- BDBarbara DearbornSep 25, 20265.0Paige was wonderful she told me what was going on what she was doing ahead of time. Then she told me what was wrong how much it would cost to fix it as well as what my options were. She did a great job you're lucky to have her!
- EBEmily BingamanSep 21, 20265.0Paige was awesome. She fixed my garbage disposal and showed me how to do it next time. Then, since she was so fast, she was able to take a look at and also fix my leaky tub faucet.
