  Oahu Electric and Air customers service was amazing called them on a Saturday and was able to have a technician out the next day. Alan was excellent! He inspected the situation which was a sparking/burnt wall outlet informed as that the outlet was backed stab and it’s was loose which was causing the sparking informed us of the situation and gave us an estimate and proceed with the replacement took less than an hour and also cleaned up afterwards! Thank you guys so much and now we know who to go to for the future !!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service — Stafford Deserves Recognition! We had an outstanding experience with Stafford from Oahu Electric and Air. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Stafford thoroughly cleaned our HVAC intake system and performed routine maintenance on the outdoor fan/condenser unit. He took the time to inspect the system carefully, checked the coolant levels, and made sure everything was operating properly before he left. His attention to detail and knowledge of the system gave us a lot of confidence that the job was done right. What impressed us most was Stafford’s professionalism and pride in his work. He was courteous, respectful of our home, and took the time to explain what he was doing rather than simply rushing through the service call. Technicians like Stafford are the reason customers stay loyal to a company. He is a tremendous representative of Oahu Electric and Air, and I sincerely hope management recognizes the level of service he provides. If you need HVAC service, ask for Stafford. We would gladly have him service our home again and highly recommend him without hesitation. Five stars all the way!🤙🏽

  Will and Joel did an outstanding job installing my new Mitsubishi split AC systems. My setup wasn't simple: there was no good spot on the ground for one of the outdoor units, so they designed and built a custom suspended platform hanging from the roof overhang beams. It's solid, level, and looks clean and professional, like it was always meant to be there. They were knowledgeable, took the time to think through the best solution instead of forcing a standard install, and left everything neat when they were done. The systems run quiet and cool the house perfectly. It's clear they take real pride in their work. Highly recommend Oahu Electric (Will and Joel) to anyone looking for a quality AC install, especially if your house has some challenges like mine.

  My AC broke in July. Kept getting the run around from the company i originally purchased it from. I finally decided to look into other AC companies. I ended up calling 5 or 6 other AC companies. They all seemed too busy to deal with me until I came across OAHU ELECTRIC & AC. This company was by far the best in every way!!! —from the 1st people I talked to on the phone to Stafford who came to look at my project and who also shared the different payment options, to Archana who patiently helped me fill out the financing paperwork —- absolutely everyone I talked to was very professional, very accommodating, and on top of that even though my replacement and new install was not as simple as first expected to be, Stafford worked tirelessly until the job was complete! I’m so so grateful to STAFFORD and OAHU ELECTRIC AND AC. This was the BEST experience!!!!

  After a HECO power outage that happened, we noticed our living room split system was emitting ONLY warm air. If you know how HOT Hawaii summers are, you’d know it’s a HUGE problem. Especially when you have two littles who are SUPER active running around the house. Cooking over a hot stovetop, running the oven…definitely did not help. I don’t sweat easily but I was drippppping even when doing nothing.🥵 (Anyways, you get the point.) IT WAS TIME. We finally decided to call around to shop for the best quote. I researched everyone I could find on island and most of them either didn’t pick up, had an automated system, or they had subpar reviews. 😒After encountering many not-so-trustworthy contractors, my husband and I like to do our due diligence when shopping for contractors. Oahu electric & air was a company we found that had 5 stars with over 200+ reviews on Google. We decided to give them a call and a friendly lady picked up and offered us an appointment today! Initially, we were just hoping to shop around for some quotes before committing but the offer she gave me was too good to pass up. The diagnosis / inspection cost was the lowest amongst all the companies I called and they said if we decided to move forward with the repairs through them, the inspection fee would go toward the cost of the repairs! It was a no brainer for us. We booked them right away. (We have a busy schedule as we are two working parents with two littles so we really appreciated the schedule accommodation from them!) 🕓They gave us a time frame of 4-6pm and get this…🤯THEY WERE EARLY! That NEVER happens. They kept us informed via text all throughout the day (once when the booking was confirmed, once when the techs were en route to our place, and then when they were done with the appointment.) Josh and Christian came over to inspect our AC and they were absolutely amazing! They are so friendly, kind natured, and knowledgeable. They introduced themselves and they were very easy to talk to. We could tell they were family oriented as they were soo pleasant and my kids gravitated toward them instantly. Most contractors wanna get in and get out so they can make the most money they can in a short amount of time but these guys took the time to sit down and engage in conversation with us even outside of the ac issue and also played around with the kiddos. (Not in a weird way 🤣) They diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and started troubleshooting. We honestly didn’t expect them to fix anything today because I thought it would be too big of a job to complete at the end of the day but they fixed it! We were glad they were able to diagnose and fix it in one appointment because trying to coordinate scheduling with work and kids extra curriculars can be a headache. We purchased our house back in 2021 and the previous owners had the split systems installed so we had no idea how old it was. Although it looked fairly new, we found out today during our inspection that our Mitsubishi systems were on the older side (10 years old) and that’s pretty much the lifespan of split systems here in humid Hawaii. Other contractors would have opted to sell us a new condenser and ac unit but they wanted to try everything they could to find another way so we could avoid spending money unnecessarily. Not many contractors would take this route as more sales would mean more money for them. We really appreciated their honesty and my husband really liked how they explained everything in depth during the troubleshooting process. 🙃 I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking to get their ac repaired!!! I heard they do other electrical work as well which we will probably take them up on in the future. If you can, request Josh and Christian!! They’re seriously the best! THANK YOU x A MILLION! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ And this goes without being said but This is NOT a paid advertisement! 🤣🤣🤣
