They were so responsive and helpful during the recent Kona lows. I was on a trip with my kids and everyone I called had wait times of a week or more. They were able to come out right away and they were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Update: After speaking with Scott Watanabe, we reached a mutually agreeable resolution to address my concerns. __________ Look elsewhere if you need water damage restoration. Using this company was like having a second job with the amount of time I had to spend hounding them to get them to do theirs. This company did not meet a single timeline they set. - Their Project Director told me it would take 48-72 hours to get an estimate to submit to insurance. After I followed up because they missed that deadline without telling me anything, the same Project Director told me it would instead take 1-2 weeks. - They required a deposit before they would schedule any restoration work and told me I’d get an invoice by the end of the next day. By the end of the next day, I received nothing, not an even an update to say the invoice was taking longer than expected. - Their Project Director told me the repairs were minor and should be done within a day, but it took 3 days to finish, and would've taken longer if I wasn’t so sick of their company that I told their technicians to forget it and leave after seeing the piss poor job they did trying to correct the bad repairs they had done previously. After restoration work began, this company’s technicians did a disgustingly terrible job. - They purchased the wrong color paint despite me telling them the paint information and exact location where the original paint was purchased, then painted stupidly obvious stripes in the wrong color up and down my walls. - When they came back to fix the mismatched paint, they tried to gaslight me by claiming it was the correct color and that they didn’t paint a wall at all despite very obvious stripes in the wrong color going down it. Some of the walls they painted stripes down did not even have to be painted, and I had to call the paint manufacturer to confirm and put in an order for the correct paint myself despite it being First Onsite’s job to obtain supplies. - They told me they would paint my entire wall to fix their use of the incorrect paint and to ensure there was no color mismatch. After they were done, I asked them if they painted the entire wall and they said “yes” even though I could clearly see lines on the walls where they stopped painting. - On top of all that, there were gaps between doorframes and the walls, rough edges on door frames that weren’t sanded, caulk that was overflowing onto the doorframes and walls, obvious brush strokes and paint drips, overpainting onto areas that did not need to be painted, and an entire host of other issues. The foregoing doesn’t even touch on: - Their Project Director missing obvious water damage when he did a walkthrough of my condo, including doorframes that were swollen to approximately twice their normal size on the bottom 5-7 inches; - The snarky message from their Project Director who missed every deadline he set, and who told me the repairs should cost less than $2,000 before giving me a written estimate for more than $2,700; - Their mitigation team showing up at my condo without warning on a work day; - Their technicians not replacing items and not doing work that was clearly outlined in my estimate; and - Their Account Executive pretending to want to resolve these issues then not following up after I responded that I was available to discuss via phone and did not want to go back and forth over email. Please RUN AWAY FAST from this company. Water damage is already stressful, you don’t need to add to that stress by dealing with an incompetent, unscrupulous, and untrustworthy restoration company.

They quoted 2 weeks to complete the project. Months later, they abandoned the project without any communication. I had to hire someone else to complete the job. They damaged my brick wall when they repaired a lattice fence attached to it.
