  You need to check the quantity and size. I ordered different sizes of  barb arms and they put one bag so It was not easy to check and there was no space to check. So I asked them if everything was correct and they told me "YES" but when I got back to my place, There is one missing barb arm. I called them and informed it  but They said that's my fault and I should buy it again. I believe they did it by mistake but they blame it on the customer and they are not kind at all.

  I have called this company multiple times to schedule an estimate, most of time they responded I need to call back again since they are working on the commercial project, no time for residential project. At one time, a guy called me back and scheduled it on my working day. I wanna rescheduled it for different day, the guy had no patience and cursed and talked to me with attitude and said he will call me back but he never did. He was unprofessional and this company was not responsive. They only want big project and not care about the small business.. I will never call them again ever.!

  Don’t waste your time seeking professional or reliable response as a homeowner. Shane Ahlo “Manager” considers a text bid with no break down, ignored communications and poor attitude a “favor” to consumers. What a waste of time and energy. Take your business elsewhere!
