  While other a/c service companies couldn't come out for 2-3 weeks, KK came the next day. That, plus their high customer service reviews (5-stars), made me choose them. The service tech (Andrew) was polite and competent. He fixed everything that was wrong and we're back cooling the house. The 5-Star rating is deserved. Thank you!

  KK Air Conditioning did an awesome job with our A/C installation. The team was extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. They showed up ready to work, completed the installation cleanly, and made sure everything was operating properly before they left. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of their workmanship really stood out. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in doing the job right. Excellent service and outstanding workmanship. I would absolutely recommend KK Air Conditioning to anyone looking for reliable, professional A/C service in Hawaii. It's also the best price on the island! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We had Andre come to take a look at our split AC that was blowing hot air for several days. The odd thing is our AC seemed to almost fix itself, so there was no apparent issue by the time our appointment rolled around. Fortunately, Andre trusted our account, was very persistent in finding the problem, and managed to figure out the issue. That sounds normal, but I think I might have accepted it was in working order were I in his position. As far as the work goes, he was great. Beyond the work, Andre was super nice and professional. He is also the only home maintenance person of any sort who has ever shown up 15 minutes early; I am very used to having to wait over an hour after the scheduled arrival time for this sort of work. It’s really nice to have my time respected and definitely a pleasant surprise. Regarding the scheduling and administrative elements, KK was easy to schedule. I just called the office and the woman who answered the phone scheduled me for about a week out. She was also able to record the model and serial numbers of our split AC units at the time of scheduling, I assume to do some prep work or just save the maintenance person time later. They also send these text messages to update you on the status of the appointment and even send you a photo and the name of who’s coming before they arrive, so that’s really awesome. Overall, this was a great experience. I would definitely recommend KK and Andre to people I like.

  On time, for the appointment. Crew was professional and overall im very please for the service and the professional work. I highly recommend and I would use them in the future. Thank you very much
