- CWCandice WolfgangAug 19, 20261.0Evan Wallman with Island Boundary is not trustworthy. In April 2026, we signed a contract with him that he would clear and level our land within 3 weeks and the work is still not complete over 5 months later. He asked for 3/4 of the money down and then recently asked for $3000 more to remove debris of which he has not removed. He has not communicated well and has every excuse in the book as to why the work is not complete, for instance "my operator's back is out or our equipment needs repairs". We will now have to pay someone else to finish the project and will have to take Evan Wallman to court. Beware, do not get scammed by Island Boundary like we did! He also is not licensed/certified as a land surveyor!

- QYQuinton YozaDec 27, 20231.0Just had my land surveyed again. Markers were way off. Like 3 feet kine. Found out my front fence isn't even on da property. Unnecessarily excavated an extra 5 loads illegal. Mahaloz for da doodoo job.
