  Installed new floors for $30K (great). One board was defective. Took a year for them to agree to replace it. During repairs, it took them 8 hours to replace one board and they ruined 3 additional boards in the process. They agreed to come and redo the work... they used boards that were off-color and have huge gaps. Impossible to get a hold of anyone to actually do anything and the owner apparently has no idea how bad their business is being mismanaged. Customer lost. Do better. Care more. Update: company reached out after I left my review. Stated they wanted to ensure I was satisfied (they were already aware that I was not). They insisted they would come reinspect the work. I never heard from them again. Sorry to say that this pattern has repeated roughly 30 times. They pretend to care and do nothing. Update 2: They reinspected and agreed the boards need to be replaced again. As usual, I haven't heard from them in 3 months. Once they get your money, good luck getting them to do anything.

  We purchased laminate floors and also carpets for our 3 bedroom condo in Lihue. We received very high quality products in both the carpets and laminate. I give their installers, Keidn and Desiree a full 5 star rating. They completed the job as scheduled and were very pleased with their professionalism and pleasant attitude. Good job and thanks.

  We just replaced the carpet at our condo in Poipu. Doni was very helpful and made time to come to the condo very quickly as our time here was short, she measured and after deciding on the carpet it was installed in a timely manner before we had to leave. The installation was done so beautifully, Keith & Desiree did a great job and they were very pleasant to work with. Overall great people to work with, definitely recommend Kauai Flooring & Interiors Leah & Steve

  Wonderful experience with a great bunch of people! Scott in sales helped us find and special order exactly the carpet we were looking for in a timely manner. Our carpet was expertly installed by Keith & Desiree and we are absolutely 100% happy with the product and service. Yes, you pay more but you get what you pay for!

  They were easy to work with: the owners, salesperson and installer. Affordable prices. We called to get a quote, stopped by their store, got our condo measured the following day. New flooring in the living room and new carpet in the bedroom replaced in two days. They cleaned up behind them and furniture back in place. Done within a week from start to finish. Kauai Flooring will get our business again. We have already recommended them to a friend!
