⭐ 1 Star – Poor Communication and Unreliable Follow-Through After Hurricane Lala, my 35-foot x 6-foot fence was damaged, and I have been trying to find a fencing company willing to come out and provide an estimate. Unfortunately, four different companies made appointments and never showed up. I contacted Ron at Advance Fencing Solutions and explained the difficulty I had been having. He agreed that it was wrong for companies to make appointments and not show up. On Thursday, he asked me to text photos and provide the dimensions of my fence. I explained that I wanted two quotes—one for a white PVC fence and another for a redwood fence. He told me he could provide the pricing without coming to the property and would email the estimates. On Friday, he asked me to provide my email address, which I did. On Monday, he said he was out in the field but needed me to confirm exactly what I wanted so he could provide the pricing. I responded with the requested information. Today, I tried contacting him by text and called his cell phone. He eventually responded by telling me that he was declining the job. What is most disappointing is that after several conversations and giving him all the information he requested, he simply decided not to proceed. If he did not want the job, I would have preferred that he say so from the beginning rather than having me spend several days communicating with him and waiting for quotes. Unfortunately, his word and commitments did not amount to much. After the experience I have had trying to find a fencing contractor, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. One star for the lack of communication, reliability, and follow-through.

Great experience working with Ron at Advanced Fence Solutions. We had two aluminum gates installed at the sides of our home. Ron was great to work with, personable, had a solid product, competitive pricing and great install crew. I looked at several other gate contractors prior and Ron was the best person to work with. He was patient, answered all of my questions and very responsive.

Advanced Fence Solutions installed a motorized and a manual driveway gate on my newly constructed home. I selected AFS after meeting with several companies. They offered a solid product at a very competitive price. During the home construction, numerous delays and scheduling issues arose. Ron, the owner, worked with me throughout the entire process and stayed committed. He offered solutions to several problems including a sloping grade and a short return for the motorized gate. The AFS work crew led by Jonah and Christian were very professional, respectful and efficient. I am totally satisfied with the driveway gates and attached fencing. The gates/fencing are durable and operate smoothly. It’s a beautiful addition to the home. I highly recommend Advanced Fence Solutions.

Our fence installation was not easy due to all the step downs and curves, but it went well and looks great. Continuous communication, quality work, and the nicest workers.
