  While we started off rough with delays getting the proper parts, etc., they made it right and ultimately installed a new water heater. Everyone was professional, and all of the service techs were very friendly, arrived on time, and did all they could to get my hot water working again. Karen, thanks for putting up with me. Mahalo to all!

  Tech came out to link the replacement controller to the receiver which he found had been placed in to attic. Manual gave straightforward instructions to push button on receiver to link to the replacement controller… tried powering down the system and restarting but still unable to connect… removed controller to take back to shop… so air conditioner still inoperable. Tech did the best he could by must say a very disappointed in the quality of the equipment installed a little over a year ago…

  Charles and Chad did an excellent job with our solar water heater inspection and maintenance. They arrived right on time, gave a clear and precise picture what to expect, and thoroughly explained the entire process before getting started. They were very friendly, communicated clearly from start to finish, and completed the maintenance cleanly and professionally. Great experience overall highly recommend!

  I had a great overall experience with Kauai a/c and plumbing. They were easy to schedule and showed up promptly when they said they would. We had a variety of plumbing issues that we needed help with and they were able to work through each of them despite some challenges that our property provided. Kimo and Charles were professional, hard working, and efficient. I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing or HVAC help. Thank you!

  Christopher Corpuz was extremely professional and well-informed on the issues plaguing our food truck A/C. He took the time to diagnose particular systems that needed to be fixed versus telling us to replace it all (which saved my small business money during the start of the slow season.) Although in the end (later down the road) we may need to replace, we are grateful for Chris’ expertise and sound recommendations. Will be using Kaua’i Air Conditioning and Plumbing in the future, as well as recommending to our friends and family! Many Mahalos!
