We’ve had a great experience working with this team. They have always been punctual, communicative, and very reliable. We especially appreciate how willing they are to work with us, adjust when needed, and do what they can to make the job happen. They’ve been very good to us, and we truly value having a vendor we can count on. Highly recommend! ~Andrea from Kauai Island Homes LLC 🌸

The Technicians Chaz and Kimo were way over the top good, they worked together well in a good time frame.I hardly heard them doing the install of our new propane water heater On another occasion, Kimo came out because of septic backed up after the hurricane. We had no shower or toilets since the hurricane, we were so excited to be able to shower and have an indoor toilet. Two big jobs at our house done well Kauai AC and Plumbing I wholeheartedly recommend for AC and Plumbing. They did it right the first time time and there is someone who answers your call person to person

Extremely disappointed with Kauaʻi Air Conditioning & Plumbing. A technician came to my house, spent less than 30 minutes looking at my AC unit just to tell me it was broken, and used absolutely zero materials. Now, they are charging a ridiculous $240.84 diagnostic fee that includes "first hour labor + materials used"—despite being here for a fraction of that time and using nothing. I never agreed to this bill, and the company has been continuously harassing me for payment ever since. Total rip-off for less than a half-hour of basic observation. Avoid them. Beware of this company's predatory billing. I never authorized or agreed to this charge, yet they continue to relentlessly harass me about paying the bill. Terrible customer service and completely unfair business practices, look elsewhere for HVAC services.
