  I am very satisfied with the service and aloha from the two guys that worked on our plumbing issues. They addressed the problem, fixed a few more issues found along the way and cleaned the space before they left. I’m thankful for quick and competent service.

  The plumber arrived on time, replaced an old kitchen faucet and repaired a leaking toilet. Friendly, professional and highly competent! We always use A-1 Budget for our plumbing and are completely satisfied every time.

  “Bill” demonstrated exceptional professionalism and subject matter expertise. Took the time to explain the issues and options to best address the repairs. Price of parts and labor was far more reasonable than the first estimate we received.

  A1 Budget Plumbing’s Albert visited us today to replace the fill-valves in two of our toilets. I ALWAYS call them first - have for years. They have done many jobs for us - big and small. They kept me informed, Albert arrived when they said he would, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. Glad they stay in Kailua!!

  I ding a star to bring down the average and ding another star for the rude office lady I spoke to at 8 am today Aug 10, 2026. I asked a valid question and her reply was “WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT” in a condescending tone. If she is the owner of A1 I can understand because she sounded like she owns the place and is talking down to a woman who calls to confirm SERVICES to be rendered.
