A-1 Budget Plumbing was recommended to us by our homeowners association (Kuapa Isle, Hawaii Kai), and we are extremely thankful for that recommendation. A-1 responded promptly to all of our communications. They were able to fit us in on a Sunday to take care of a main line clog which affected multiple townhouses. Jeremy came out, he was professional, polite, and a nice person with a great demeanor. The cost, for an emergency call out on a sunday, was extremely reasonable, a fantastic value. Highly recommend using A-1 Budget Plumbing!

These guys are so good they don’t even need my review to tell you. Look at all the other countless great ratings. We’ve had A-1 Budget Plumbing perform work for us about six times over the past five years (multiple properties). They always have great communication and leave the job site not only repaired, but also clean. Prices are always fair as well.

I really appreciated when I contacted A-1 budget plumbing, they answered right away and was extremely helpful. They were able to give us a quote to replace our solar water heater over the phone. You are able to call or text them if you need information. We were able to schedule within the same week! Bob and Keelan were extremely helpful and got the job done! We have found a plumbing company to call for our needs! Very satisfied!

On a Saturday morning I found the water pressure in my house suddenly became very excessive and causing the water to come blasting out of the sink faucets. Also, the excessive pressure caused the fill valve on one of my toilets to fail and start leaking. I keep the number for A-1 Budget Plumbing in my phone and quickly made a service call to them. I was happy to see they sent out Austin to handle my service call and he arrived only a little more than two hours later. Austin was very professional and conscientious. He replaced my pressure reducing valve and he replaced the damaged fill valve in my toilet both in about one hour. This is the second time I have used A-1 Budget Plumbing and I am very happy with their service.

Very thorough plumber . Had a leak in the my condo wall adjoining my neighbor . He researched all attached units to discover which unit was responsible and then stayed to fix the problem while having the offending unit billed . I would give a 5, but when I called the previous day they said the soonest they could come was the next day between 2-7 . They then called me around 11:30 and said they were on their way . I said” not home and appointment not until 2 pm” They then called me again about an hour later to say the plumber was coming . I still wasn’t home as not even 1 but said I could be there . Found this annoying as I had planned to accomplish other things before 2 .. would not have made these plans if I knew I would be called 2 hours early .
