- SSSandy Sugiyama6 days ago5.0It was a pleasure doing business with your team. Everyone was very professional, from explaining carpet selection and answering our questions. Installer, Victor took the time to make sure that everything was handled with care and that we were happy with carpet installation. Five stars experience.
- VTVivian TobiasSep 28, 20265.0Extremely professional, friendly, and hard working .. highly recommend Floor Expert! We had a wonderful experience .. FROM START TO FINISH! Mahalo Paul, Yelena, Troy and team … we are thrilled with our new flooring!
- MSMyung SoSep 18, 20265.0Our floor is beautifully done and we will enjoy to live with it. They are very trustable , functional and skillful. Also wonderful team work. It’s very pleasure to work with them.
- LLLori LeeSep 9, 20265.0Paul and Elena were fabulous to work with. The showroom was impressive and so was their products. Paul came to measure, gave us a quote in a timely manner, and we chose them after other quotes and appointments. By the way, Floor Experts cost are reasonable and products are quality. We agreed on a date and were off to the races. Our condo is @ Nale O Keauhou and had the off white shaggy carpet that was original (21 years old)! Paul came to demolish tile, remove carpet, install koa floors and his brother installed some carpet, then they took out the tile, carpet and all extra trash! We are thrilled, it’s a brand new condo! I would recommend them to everyone.
- MSMARK SALTZMANAug 31, 20265.0This job entailed two floors and the stairway of a 1700 sq ft house. They needed to demolish an old cork floor and a tiled area before laying down luxury vinyl. The crew was hard working and very accommodating to our needs. Not only do they do a great job of floor installation, they communicate well. If I should need another flooring project, these are the folks I would go to without considering any other bid.
