  Absolutely stunning job by Floor Expert! From the initial consultation then picking out the flooring in store to the full install they did an amazing job. I'm a Realtor in Kona and know Paul through Real Estate. I've been watching his work over the past years and knew once we were ready to install new floors he was the guy to call. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and gives great advice so your final outcome is nothing short than extraordinary. Him and the crew are hard workers which can be hard to come by in Kona. This is the place to call for your flooring needs. Mahalo Floor Expert!

  Floor Expert is a great company. They fit us into their busy schedule and did a top notch job. The selection at the store is vast and Yelena was very prompt and helpful. Paul and his team are fast and professional. They really are Experts at what they do. We love our new floor!

  We have purchased flooring from Floor Expert twice over the past year and they are the awesome! The first time, Yelena went out of her way to help us because I wasn’t able to get to the shop in person. She took the time and care to send photos and short videos of different flooring types and colors in different lighting conditions so we could really see what we were buying. With her expertise and patience, we were able to pick out a great product, and our project turned out beautifully! Exactly what we wanted. When we needed to buy flooring again but for a smaller project, she helped us with the same great professionalism and energy. We will be going back for any future projects!

  Mahalo, Paul, Yelena and Team! We just had our entire 1600+ square foot condo switched from a combination of tile and carpet to 100% Kardean Koa Vinyl Plank Flooring (including kitchen and bathrooms). WOW!!! The flooring looks so amazing, we absolutely cannot believe it! We had high expectations when we saw Floor Expert LLC’s prior work and read the glowing reviews, but the finished product and the tear down, install and cleanup by the team exceeded our expectations in every way. The job was finished on-time, right at the estimate, is absolutely immaculate and the team maintained contact throughout the entire process. The finished product makes our home seem like a whole brand new condo! And the staircase? Beautiful! It’s now a showcase of excellence and a focal point of our home. To say we were “floored” is an understatement. Kudos to the entire team at Floor Expert LLC and we can’t wait to show off our new home to everyone. Mahalo nui loa from the Reades.
