There was a challenge in getting installed in our timeframe but Helen made it happen. The crew showed up first thing and got to work. Ours install was on the second floor and included handling moving two bedrooms of furniture. Execution on everything was perfect.

We have limited storage and Helen stepped up again allowing us to pick up the flooring as needed, in 3 batches. When all was said and done we had 17 boxes left over (we opted to tile a few spaces that had been measured for vinyl). Helen stepped up again and refunded the unopened boxes (small restock fee - minimal). We are DIYers and the flexibility provided made our large remodel project feasible! Thank you, Helen and team!!
