  My new floors look wonderful. I am so glad that I switched from wood panel floors to vinyl so that I don't have to worry about my cats and dog messing up my floors.

From the very first step, the service was top-notch. **Sales:** Stacie, our Sales Representative, was an absolute gem. She was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our needs and guided us through the selection of our vinyl plank tiles without any pressure. Her expertise made a potentially overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. **Installation:** The installation crew, Christian and Jarod, were truly amazing. They worked non-stop for three and a half days in blistering heat, yet they never once complained or cut corners. Despite the grueling conditions, they remained completely professional, competent, and were always happy to answer any questions we had along the way. **The Result:** The finished product is a joy to behold! The floors look absolutely stunning and have completely transformed our space. It is clear that this team takes immense pride in their work.   This completes our second project with Floor Coverings Hawaii. It entailed replacing entire carpet in our two bedroom condo. The first project was to replace foyer carpet with luxury vinyl plank. There were some very odd angles to deal with, and they were dealt with, with care and accuracy. Our second project entailed moving heavy, Furniture. Lots of it, with not much room to get it out of the way in order to lay the carpet. We are still amazed at how efficient the crew was. They obviously take pride in what they do. Helen knows her products and what she’s doing. She’s very easy to work with and communicates clearly. I rarely write reviews. That’s how impressed we are.
