  Solar Help Hawaiʻi gave great support. Chaleigh helped me troubleshoot my solar water heater through text and stayed patient the whole time. She asked clear questions and guided me step by step. Another vendor fixed the final issue, a stuck mixture valve, but she still checked in afterward to make sure everything worked. Real aloha in their service. I appreciate the help.

  I'm a realtor and my seller has solar panels installed by a company that has since gone out of business. I called so many places to get someone to inspect and service the panels and they all said they "don't inspect someone else's install." Solar Hawaii is the only company I could find that would do it and the customer service is phenomenal! All my questions answered, even after hours. Very fair pricing and didn't try to sell us anything. I will recommend them to all my clients. *Chaleigh, the owner, went above and beyond!!*

  The owner went out of her way to help & guide me installing the Enphase envoy -s, sent someone out the fill morning to change out an inverter. System working and recording this afternoon. Highly recommended.

  These guys were recommended by Enphase for work on our existing system. Paul was super easy to work with. We used them to expand and modify the existing PV system, as well as for repairing & servicing the existing solar water heating system. The work was performed relatively quickly and as promised. Paul and the work crews were reliable, honest and a joy to work with. I highly recommend these guys for solar and PV work.

  *Update 2/28/2025 (6 years later) I really thought I had moved on until whoever the person responding is decided to lie about my review! The fact of the matter is that I DID call a long time ago after a spate of their commercials being all over the TV like a cheap suit. I finally decided it was a good deal and that's why I called and talked to the worst receptionist in the world, from what I remember. Now this guy has the nerve to come back here and say that it my review is fake when it isn't, LOL! To the genius who decided to respond to this 72 months later, you know Google sends the reviewer a notification when someone responds to their review, right? Apparently not. IDK how you thought it would be better to come on this platform and contradict something instead of just saying "Hey so sorry we dropped the ball and missed out on your business, maybe we can give it another try if you're ever looking again." Instead, you went with option B which was to prove that you're still actively not in control of your own business but maybe someone told you that you should respond to all the negative reviews you've amassed over the years. Also - it's apparent that you think Yelp is going to save you over your measly 10 reviews on Google. Unfortunately, for you, the Google reviews hold more SEO value. Anyone wondering what the problems are/were with SHH can see the common themes in all the reviews from then until now. Still think I'm fake? Poor customer service. After seeing their commercials for solar backup systems, I called to get cost info, etc. A female answered who seemed confused about everything I asked, then promised to have the owner email me later that night or the next day. I never heard from anyone. Feels like they're in over their heads. That was over 3 weeks ago.
