  Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Great communication with office. Very professional and friendly with all questions answered. Installation team professional and courteous. Kevin great as far as answering questions, offering suggestions and directing his team so everything goes according to job description. Don’t normally leave reviews but for me if I have a a/c problem I will definitely have Air Source do the job. Thanks everyone for a job well done.

  Air Source has provided our Mitsubishi AC units and maintenance service for 20 years, and we will keep using and recommending them. Most recently, they replaced our living room split unit with a new 30,600 BTU model that's working great. While here, they checked out our two other split units and found them in good shape. Kristi in the office and Kevin and the field crew are always a pleasure to work with.

  For over a decade, Air Source has consistently provided our extended family with the highest level of expertise in planning, installing and servicing the eight Mitsubishi A/C units that continue to provide super comfort to our two-unit townhouse. When 28K BTU unit in our living room recently stopped cooling, Kevin needed only thirty minutes to trace the problem to a faulty power board. He had ordered a new board earlier so was able to complete the repair and verify proper operation a few minutes later. It was quite a relief to have the A/C unit working again as we had just returned from a 10-day visit to Durham, England where the daily temperature was about sixty degrees! We were also very pleased that most of the repair cost was covered by the 12-year warranty (Christy had made sure the proper papers were submitted when we purchased the unit a few years ago). This was just another example of exceptional customer service and expertise offered by Air Systems A/C and we continue to strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of expert advice for planning, installing or servicing Mitsubishi A/C units!
