  We live in a condo and had an issue with water overflowing from our washer drain pipe. 535 Plumbing answered my phone call right away and got me scheduled asap. Communication leading up to my scheduled appointment was great. I got text updates with the name and picture of the technician assigned to my job. Two technicians arrived and they were both very professional. They did not rush the job and stayed to make sure the fix was effective and no further flooding would occur after they left. I definitely recommend 535 and will use their services again if needed.

  Our underground sprinkler pipe broke while we were on a trip and was leaking water continuously for a couple of days. We needed to shut off the valve to stop the flow of water. Our backyard was flooded and we weren’t able to shut the water off. A family member recommended 535 Plumbing and they came the next day. Johnny and Jaron found the right shut off valve and stopped the water from flowing. We are so grateful they located the problem quickly and efficiently.

  A cousin used 535 and said they did a great job with toilet ring installation and ToTo toilet. We hired them to replace two toilet wax rings to double wax rings and work on sink overflow lines for both bathroom sinks. About a year ago we hired a plumber to replace the wax ring for our master bathroom toilet. Due to poor quality work we encountered a slow leak. Two technicians today from 535 Johnny & Jaron worked on our job request. They did a great job, way better than the other contractor. Very efficient, thorough, and clean. We had a complication with the sink and Johnny provided us with a cost effective, workable solution. Overall we are very pleased with the quality of work performed, professionalism, and the manner in which business was handled. We will definitely use their services again for any plumbing jobs in the future. Highly recommend 535 Plumbing. Mahalo guys we really appreciate the work performed.

  I got a hold of Maurice at their office and was freaking out because my place was flooding at the time. Maurice was great! Very calm and professional and knew what he was talking about. He said he could have one of the plumbers out within the hour if I could fill out their release form and make sure that work was allowed on a Sunday. Maurice said they don't even change their prices on the weekends and are open seven days a week! John ended up coming out on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency water leak at our place and literally saved the day! Our whole place would have flooded and been destroyed. I called six other plumbing companies and no one answered or was working after hours. John was fast and professional and knew exactly what to do to get it fixed. He even charged me LESS than they originally quoted because we didn't need the second part he thought we would need. I highly recommend 535 Plumbing and will definitely be using them again. I don't know what we would have done today if they didn't answer the phone or have someone to come out. MAHALO 535 & give these two guys a raise!
