  I recently had 535 Plumbing come out to my home to install a water heater in a difficult space to get to. I was very pleased with the service. I appreciated how friendly and professional Brenton and Paul were.

  My water heater T&P valve had suddenly disengaged and caused water to rush out into my condo floor drain. Luckily, I was home to turn off the water or it would have been flooded. Paid $145 for the technician to run one single, easy diagnostic (thermostat check) and tell me everything was fine, condo is new, likely just a pressure spike, without performing a single other diagnostic test. Was told to just monitor it. I can’t really monitor a valve if this happens again when I’m not home. I need a solution or other suggestions to maybe what caused it. Got none of that. The price was going to increase to $700+ after needing to shop for and replace a part that wasn’t even the problem, which ended up being a problem that a seemingly standard diagnostic test would catch (expansion tank psi). Seemed like a cool guy, maybe just didn’t understand the system too well. It was also late afternoon, got the vibes he just wanted to go home. Disappointed. Can’t recommend.

  Great fast and knowledgeable service!! Will recommend to everyone! Paul and Gabe were very personable and great to work with! They also said they love working for 535 plumbing! That tells you something about this companies culture. 5 star service!

  Jay was recommended to inspect and repair a leak from my tub spout. I was concerned because I had my tub and surround reglazed which is incredibly fragile. Jay came through like a champion by carefully replacing the cartridge and tub spout while keeping the glaze perfectly intact. Jay took extra precautions, by padding the tub floor and working with a gentle, artist’s touch and he fixed the leak in under an hour! Jay is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and meticulous in his craft. I will request Jay for my plumbing needs going forward. The team at the office are always so friendly and helpful. They run an organized, top tier company. Thanks again, Jay and 535!

  My family and I are grateful for the excellent service provided by 535 Plumbing. Kiehn and Kimmie scheduled the appointment for the camera inspection of our sewer line and later, the appointment for the replacement of the sewer line. On the day of the camera inspection, Dalen thoroughly explained the possible options he recommended based on our situation. After receiving the email of the options and their estimates, we scheduled the appointment for the repair. The company provided confirmation of the appointment through text and email. On the day of the appointment, we also received a text and phone call that the crew was on their way. Dalen and his crew were prompt, hard-working, and efficient. Plumbing problems can be very stressful. We are very appreciative that Dalen and his crew were able to replace our sewer line in one day, and that he showed genuine care and concern for the predicament we were in.
