Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out for a Saturday to estimate an a/c install. Leading up to my appointment I was called and texted in multiple days for earlier appointments during the week leading to my original appointment. The day before I get a text confirming my appointment but 1hour earlier. Then 2 hours before it was canceled but they had good news! They were able to reschedule me for Monday between 1 and 4PM. No apology. No thanks.

The unit placed in our home had problems constantly from day 1. The service is slow. Apparently no emergency service when the unit goes out. I would not purchase again.

From set up an appointment, to installation day everything went smoothly and it was an over all pleasant experience.
Technicians were also professional, knowledgeable, and we'll organized and extremely neat.
Our central air unit is now currently 4yrs and has had no issues.
Anual maintenance appointment was top notch service as well.
Highly recommend.
Island Comfort has been great to us in the past but we always had to get past an employee named Kari. The last time we tried to get a repair done she kept pushing the cleaning, but it made no sense to clean a unit that wasn't working. I didn't want to get stuck paying for a cleaning if it couldn't be fixed. This time I was scheduled for a 1pm appointment on a Monday but they canceled (wife stayed home all day), so I rescheduled for Wednesday. I got a text on Tuesday from Kari to please give her a call to confirm details and keep me on the schedule. I called and I asked why I had to call in and confirm when they cancelled on Monday. No new details were discussed, and then she said she wasn't going to go round and round and asked if I still wanted to have my unit serviced, said she wasn't going to be yelled at, and I admit I wasn't speaking monotone but I wasn't yelling. Now I have to hope and pray I receive her call or text when the technician is ready to come to my house between 12-2pm or I guarantee I will get passed over. Just show up at the time you agree to be there!
