  Impressive professionalism and the quality of care and work ethic is superb. I appreciate the expedited and efficient response time and concern for the customer’s comfort while on the job. Much Mahalo to Kyle and Furuta Plumbing. Old home so I have had to rely on their services 3 times this past year.

  I found both Ayden and Max to be very skilled and professional tradesmen. They were friendly, polite and considerate of our comfort while they worked. I was impressed with the scope of their skills in accomplishing the job, which included plumbing, carpentry and installing drywall. Demolition is dirty work, but they left the jobsite as clean as before they started. Excellent work.

  Rudy did an awesome job. My Ops manager said this tech is one of the best he ever experienced here at Nauru. Ops manager been here over 18 yrs. Awesome job again Rudy

  Jourdan LaPuente from Furuta Plumbing did a great job for us. He replaced all the important fittings, valves, etc., etc., etc. The plumbing in our 2 bathrooms and kitchen are new and working very well. Jourdan took the time to do the job right and we are pleased with the work.

  Furuta Plumbing was contacted by Rheem to replace our defective heat pump water heater under warranty which I thought would be at no cost to me. They sent Kyle to drain and disconnect our water heater even though I had told Furuta that I would do this before they arrived, so Kyle did nothing but wait for almost an hour for Richie to arrive to take our water heater back to Home Depot. Kyle told me that Rheem had agreed to pay only $500 for labor whereas the total labor cost was $1,800, so that I owed Furuta $1,300! I called Rheem and was told that Rheem was liable for the entire labor cost, so Rheem called Furuta to clear up the misunderstanding. Otherwise, both Kyle and Richie were wonderful technicians. They were skilled and cleaned up after they were finished. Furuta texted me Kyle's and Richie's photos before they arrived which was a nice touch.
