  I recently hired Furuta Plumbing to install a whole-house water purification system, and the experience was great from start to finish. They were professional, showed up on time, and completed the installation cleanly and efficiently while explaining everything clearly. The system has been working perfectly, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing work.

  Kekai came within the 10am -12 timeframe expected. Very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Made his assessment, explained what he wanted to do and gave me a cost. Was satisfied with his explanation and ok’d the work. Did a thorough job in a timely manner. Very satisfied with Kekai and the job he did. Furuta Plumbing is fortunate to have him.

  Especially big mahalo to Chrystyan who stuck with us, completing the job until our sewer lines were clear on our property. I was so appreciative of Chrystyan advocating for us, and his perseverance in finishing the job for us despite many challenges along the way. That work ethic is worth its weight in gold! Thank you to Jourdan as well for assisting in the later afternoon on a Friday!

  Rudy Aiono did a fantastic job in locating and repairing my Gas leak. Very Courteous and Professional. Customer Service with a smile. He explained to me in detail of how and what he will be doing and shows me the outcome of each area he tested pointing out where the gas leaks were. Whenever I need any future plumbing, I will surely call upon Furuta Plumbing again and will recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work. Thank You Furuta Plumbing!

  Elijah was exemplary... he located the problem and made proper arrangements and planning for the repair to go smoothly... Which was much to our relief... He took much of our stress away and has a great personality. Much Mahalo for sending him. Also, I wish you had discounts for Seniors on fixed income and a military discount. I'm a Disabled Vet and unable to do my own repairs anymore and Elijah definitely helped in that respect. Being both a Senior Citizen and a Disabled Vet it would relieve some anxiety and affordability, especially with today's financial issues. Ahui Hou, Malama Pono Bernie Ebeo
