Stephan came out and did a stellar, thorough job inspecting the property. He provided exactly the level of professional clarity we needed. He identified specific, necessary structural repairs for the rear deck and adjacent retaining wall, while giving us complete peace of mind by confirming that the rest of the house’s structure and foundation were stabilized and sound. To top it all off, he delivered a highly detailed, professional written report the very next day, giving us plenty of time to review his findings while still within our due diligence window.   I usually don't write reviews, but I had to write one on this Amazing Company. I recently had a contractor build a sunroom and shed attached to my house. In the process, I had to get a Site Plan, requested by the Building Inspector. I sent the completed Site Plan to the Building Inspector several times and it failed each time for various reasons. I was later told that I needed a Structural Engineer so I did my research and chose Vest Engineering, Inc. because of their great reviews. Stephan Tremblay, owner, came to my home to do an inspection. He took pictures, measurements and made suggestions. He was very professional and thorough. Compared to other Structural Engineers I had researched, his pricing was more reasonable as well. When I received the seven page Structural Plan, I immediately sent it to the Building Inspector and I was pleasantly surprised that he approved it without hesitation. A few days later, I had to meet with the Building Inspector and he told me that the Structural Plan was one of the best he had ever seen and that it was very detailed. I would highly recommend Vest Engineering to anyone who needs this type of service. Don't even waste your time researching other companies because you will not be disappointed with Vest Engineering. Thank you Stephan for your excellence and performing such an outstanding job.
