  My experience with MTak roofing was exceptional. I was a bit nervous to call a roofer but a very trusted friend referred me to Tanner. After 17 yrs in my house I knew it was time to take a look at see if there were any areas that needed attention. He came out within days of my first contact and gave a very thorough and fair estimate. It was clear he was a extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He even did a few patch work things to hold me over until he was able to send the complete estimate and get me on his schedule. He was out within just a week to complete the repairs. Tanner actually did them all himself since his crew was on another job. The repairs weren't super urgent to me but he took quick action and prioritized the work. I really appreciated that. His attention to detail and quality work was top notch. He went above and beyond on every piece of the job. No cutting any corners! If anything he created more corners for himself just to make sure the work was done well. I feel safe knowing my roof will hold out til I save up and replace the whole thing (with MTak) down the line. He provided me with before and after photos and videos. Can't say enough good stuff about this whole process.

  I was exceptionally pleased with Tanner 's service ...as I am a retired female, I sometimes get service providers that realize my lack of technical knowledge and seek to take advantage of it. Tanner provided me with an accurate assessment of my needs, an appropriate repair, and a fair price.

  I’ve worked with Mel and his roofing company for about 7–8 years, and he has become my preferred roofer for my clients. He is the roofer for my homes as well. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to compare multiple roofing contractors, estimates, pricing, and quality of service, and Mel consistently stands out. He is incredibly responsive, honest, fairly priced, and always willing to go above and beyond. Most importantly, I trust his professional opinion 100%, and he consistently provides an excellent experience for my clients which is the most important part for me. He answers quickly, makes himself available when needed and genuinely cares about taking care of people. Replacing a roof and navigating the insurance process can be overwhelming, but Tanner walked me through every step with incredible care. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered every question, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and seamless. The entire MTAK Roofing Systems team was outstanding. They were extremely organized, efficient, and completed our roof in just one day without ever sacrificing quality. Even when inclement weather required adjustments to the schedule, communication was exceptional. Tanner consistently kept me informed about weather delays, scheduling updates, and the progress of the project throughout the day, so I always knew exactly what was happening.
