  We had a great experience from start to finish. Bob came out first to do the estimate he was very nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything and answer all my questions. I really appreciated how helpful and straightforward he was. Their pricing was also very competitive, which made the decision easy. We originally just hired them to do our stairs and landings, and they did such an amazing job that we brought them back to do the entire downstairs. They completed everything in one day, and it looks absolutely beautiful. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and overall professionalism really stood out. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!

  After a referral from a friend, we finally decided to pull the trigger on replacing our old carpets with LVP. The experience was seamless from start to finish. The owner, Chris, guided us through the initial steps, and Liz, the designer, was a dream to work with. She was our primary contact, handling everything from flooring selection to coordinating the whole process. The quote was very fair, and Sammy’s installation crew did an amazing job. Quick turnaround on installation within a week's.. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them!

  We used Creative Floorworks to replace our carpet and are totally pleased with that experience. From the first time we went to the store to look at carpet samples to cleanup after installation, we were pleased with the experience. We wanted to use a local company as opposed to a big box store and I’m so glad we did. The quality of the materials and labor were hands down better than anything a box store could offer and their prices are comparable, so why risk hiring a box store where you have no idea who will be installing your floors when you can hire a local company with a local, experienced and professional installer. Do not hesitate, make the call or visit their store. You won’t regret it.
