  Appalachian Contractors recently added a bedroom, bath and large screened porch to my home and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The quality of their work is outstanding, and we continue to notice little details that show the care and craftsmanship they put into the project. Everyone on the team was professional, respectful of our property, and focused on making sure we were happy every step of the way. Our project manager, Joe, was especially great to work with - communicative, responsive, and committed to getting everything right.   I am very, very pleased with our home, the entire contracting and building process, and having chosen APCON as the general contractor. This includes the management team, their tradesmen, subcontractors, and suppliers. I had decided to build the structure with Insulated Concrete Forms which was new to APCON, but they handled the details extremely well. The house was built in a challenging location which required a lot of on the ground problem solving, and again they met the many challenges with competence and a positive attitude. My main interests were always with the quality and resilience of the build and they delivered. Building science applications are important to me and well understood by APCON.

  We are beyond thrilled with our new home! Appalachian Contracting is a highly professional team that managed our project extremely well from start to finish. The work proceeded smoothly and on schedule and was well coordinated by the project manager. We were kept informed of progress daily, and overall communication was great. The daily photos shared were appreciated and also reassuring since we live 450 miles from the home site. Everyone who came to work on the home was professional and courteous. And the value and quality of the home exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a team to deliver on your dream home, I can’t recommend anyone more highly than APCON!

  ApCon completely rebuilt a house for us and transformed it into a beautiful home. Everyone from the office staff, project manager and crew were friendly, and professional. The craftsmanship is top-tier, the team was easy to work with, and the project was finished to a very high standard. By the end of the project, they were like family! I highly recommend Appalachian Contractors in Dahlonega.
