  I cannot say enough good things about Pearson Service Company! From the moment I called their office until my air conditioner was completely repaired, their entire team was absolutely wonderful. The person who answered my call was friendly, helpful, and made me feel like getting my AC taken care of was truly a priority. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the technician who came out was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s rare these days to have such a positive experience from beginning to end, but Pearson Service Company delivered exactly that. Every person I dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great service. When your air conditioner goes out, especially in the middle of a hot summer, you want a company that is responsive and dependable. Pearson Service Company exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service. They have definitely earned my business in the future!

  Pearson Service Co replaced my toilet. They were fast and very professional! I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

  I was visiting Waycross Ga recently and dropped in ti see this local plumbing company . They helped me with questions I had about residential plumbing pipes greatly and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

  Allen did a wonderful job fixing my plumbing problem. Was very professional, took care not to damage anything and cleaned everything up when he finished. Price was reasonable. Will use them again.

  Pearson has done a great job for us in the past. This past week I called for service on my water heater. They asked if I wanted them to get the part or would I like to...I asked them to get the part. No one showed up on the day and time scheduled. I called the office and they asked if I was getting the part. Well, I bought the part at the supply house for $16.00. Called them back to schedule installation and was spoken to by a gentleman (?) in a way I haven't been spoken to in years. He tells me the part won't solve my problem, I probably will need a new water heater, When I asked why I wasn't told this last week he got indignant and told me it would now be next week before he would send someone out and to call another plumber. So, I did. You don't talk to customers like that.
