  After a very long wait time from my fireplace manufacturer, Justin came to install the necessary part to make my fireplace usable again. Justin kept reaching out to the manufacturer to get the part delivered then made a quick turn-aroung to schedule the install. Very professional and very customer oriented! Great job from start to finish.

  I reached out to this company about some very acute needs heading in to a winter weather situation. They responded quickly, very professionally, and squeezed me into their busy schedule and did high-quality work. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly

  What a pain in the a$ this was. Their representative Charlie (whom I consider to be an "over promise, under deliver" type guy) Told me they would access the attic from the outside of my home to remove the disgusting 60+ year old insulation and replace it with new insulation. However, this was not the case. The removal truck showed up and runs an absolutely decrepit old hose through my house, full of holes and covered in tape. They also left my front door unlocked when they left. I suppose the installation crew came after and did the same thing. When I returned home my entire house was covered in new and old insulation, dust, dirt, completely filthy. On the day of Charlie assured me they would reduce the cost of the job to compensate me for the deep cleaning I had to have done on my home. I received multiple full price invoices while charlie skirted my texts and calls until finally a month later he responded and asked for a receipt for the house cleaning. I submitted the receipt only to receive another full price invoice before having to reach out to Charlie yet again and then a month after the job, after receiving late payment notices (ha!) they finally sent me an accurate invoice reflecting the cost of having my home cleaned. If I had known how difficult it was going to be to deal with this company I would have given anyone else my money. I suggest you do the same.
