Contacted West Plumbing for an inspection of my hot water heater. Rust was found on top/bottom of the unit. Actually, the unit had worked for 20+ years. West Plumbing initially installed it. Their technician, Eli, arrived at my home the very same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. Eli answered my questions and explained options clearly. His work was outstanding and completed expeditiously. I will definitely contact West Plumbing for future plumbing projects and request Eli as the technician. Thanks again to the personable staff and Eli.

Mr. Trip Boone, foreman for West Plumbing, Warner Robins, Georgia, is without a doubt the most experienced, professional, and courteous plumber I've ever had the pleasure of being associated with. One call to West Plumbing regarding a broken water line under the concrete slab beneath my kitchen sink, associated with water drainage flowing out from under the foundation of my home, and Trip responded immediately. As a result of Trip's expertise, he was able to zero in on the exact location of the breakage, and have the repairs completed in no time flat. Equally as important, West Plumbing charged me half of what a rival Warner Robins plumbing company quoted, saving me over $3K. If you're in need of an excellent plumber, no matter what the issue, give West Plumbing a call and be sure to ask for Trip Boone - you'll be glad you did; you have my word on it.
