I had an outstanding experience with Sunbelt Rentals thanks to Wyatt and Robert. I showed up right before closing needing to rent a ladder, and despite me cutting it incredibly close to closing time, they never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them.
Both Wyatt and Robert went above and beyond with their customer service. Not only did they help get me set up with the right ladder, but they also took the time to help safely strap it to my car and make sure everything was secure before I left. They even stayed past closing to make sure I was taken care of.
Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy and enjoyable experience. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about customers the way they do.
Sunbelt Rentals is lucky to have Wyatt and Robert on their team. If management sees this, these two deserve recognition for going the extra mile. Thank you both for the exceptional service!

Renting and picking up equipment went smooth no issues at all. Returning the equipment is where I ran into issues with Robert. This guy is unprofessional and ignorant down to the definition. I had the equipment on my pick-up. He sends me around the store, yells at me to stop reverse, stop go over there, come back go over there, literally relocated 6 times. Until I finally got out and asked “what do you want me to do?” “He then asks, are you the guy with the trailer”? Do you see a trailer? I have equipment on my truck! Then wants go back and forth until, I politely asked him just to keep quiet get their equipment so I can leave. Ruined the whole experience of working with sunbelt for me. Prices are high, customer service should come included, HomeDepot rents just as well with less unnecessary interactions. Especially from someone who struggled and dropped equipment off a truck that I put up without blinking an eye.

Is a deposit required for a reservation?
For customers without a line of credit, Sunbelt Rentals does not require a deposit to rent tools and equipment. However, you will be asked for payment information when you make your reservation. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the rental period (one ((1)) day minimum) until you pick up the equipment.
For Credit Customers, we will secure a deposit for your reservation. This deposit will be held within your account until the rental equipment is returned and the contract closed. Apply for a credit account here.
If your project is quick and you only need the equipment for a few hours, Sunbelt Rentals does offer a Rapid Return rate. Return the equipment within four (4) hours of the pickup time and we will refund the difference of the Rapid Return rate. Rates will vary based on product. What if I need to keep my equipment longer?
If you need assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can extend the rental for you. When you keep the equipment longer, we will add the additional time and charges to your contract and credit card. Please refer to the rental contract, where the day, week and 4-week rates are shown for each piece of tool and equipment.
Can I return rented equipment at any location?
Typically, equipment should be returned to the same location where you initially rented it. If you need to return it to a different location, please contact the store where you rented the equipment for guidance. It’s advisable to call ahead so we can assist you in finding a convenient alternative location for your return. Your convenience is our priority.
What is the cost for the delivery of equipment to my location?
The delivery charge is calculated based on the category and class of equipment, the location of the rental location, the distance of the project site from the rental location.
Can I get tools and equipment delivered to me?
Yes, Sunbelt Rentals offers convenient delivery options from our extensive network of locations for a reasonable fee. When making a reservation, simply select the delivery option. During the reservation process, you can specify the delivery drop-off date and time, as well as your estimated equipment pickup date. The estimate is for our planning purposes and not a final date.
