  Thank you Heating & Air for your professionalism and customer service. Today I used their company for an HVAC replacement. The technicians they sent were Iker, Cayden, and Hunter. The work was swift, the guys had excellent customer service, they were respectful, and brought positive attitudes. Definitely will reccomend this company to anyone in middle GA. Thank you to Alex and Elaine as well!

  We had a good overall experience with Reece. Their service team was very responsive, which made a huge difference—especially when our unit went out. They were able to get someone out to us quickly whenever issues came up, which we really appreciated. Their GM, Shawn, was especially helpful throughout the entire process with addressing issues along the way. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and clearly walked us through the next steps, which gave us a lot of confidence. While the technicians were helpful, their evaluations and explanations weren’t as thorough. Overall, we’re very grateful for their team’s responsiveness and effort during what was a stressful situation.
