  I want to send a shout out to Alex from Reece Heating and Air. He was amazing. I called with a low power issue with my air conditioner. Alex called me back within 5-10 minutes. He told me it would be an after hours call if he had to come out, but if I was willing he would take a look and walk me through how to fix myself if possible. I was able to flush my clogged line and fix my issue with his help over the phone. I highly recommend Reece for you air conditioning needs!

  The Reece Heating and Air family truly treat their customers with integrity, transparency, and generosity. Two kids buying an old house that needed serious issues addressed could’ve been easily deceived and taken for a ride, but Cindy and Slate and their team did the exact opposite. If you want quality work, reasonable quotes, and a lasting relationship with your HVAC technicians — these are the people you need to contact. Will always recommend them!

  As a small business owner, I can’t say enough good things about Reece Heating & Air. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us get our new A/C unit installed. What stood out most was their patience and support while we dealt with an unresponsive landlord. They worked with us every step of the way, answered our questions, and went above and beyond to help navigate a frustrating situation without ever making us feel like a burden. Their customer service was exceptional, and the installation was completed professionally and efficiently.   Had them do a complete check over and service before I bought my house they said they replaced everything that was needed and checked the entire system over at the price of just over $1000 hasn't worked since moving in had them come back told me the compressor is bad be another $1000+ and tried to charge me $200 for the return visit just had another company look at it and surprise surprise they wired the capacitor wrong and that's all that is wrong it's working absolutely perfect now and no $1000 for the scam

  Went to Reece this am to schedule my preventative maintenance service and talk about the problem I was having with my A/C unit. I was met by Slate and Ashley. I explained my situation and showed Slate the photos I took of my A/C issue. Slate was concerned and asked Ashley to book me an appointment for a preventative maintenance and a full inspection. Ashley was able to fit me on the schedule for this afternoon with a timeframe of 2-5pm with Gus. Gus called to inform me he was 10 minutes out. Met with Gus. Not only did he arrive on time (2 pm), he explained everything he was doing. I was impressed with how professional and polite he was, as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you Reece for the awesome service. I will see you again for my next preventative maintenance appointment.
