  Justin did an amazing job fixing our AC! He came out super quickly, figured out the problem, and had us back up and running in no time. We really appreciate the fast, friendly, and honest service. Highly recommend him for any HVAC needs!

  A few weeks ago, in the middle of a blazing heat wave, my A/C went out. The technician came on a Friday and determined that it was my evaporator coil, which was still under warranty through Trane. The technician provided a solid quote for the repairs and ordered the coil. He also mentioned they had portable units, but I foolishly declined. By Sunday, my dogs, Brooklyn and Bentley, and I were miserable. I called Evans on Sunday afternoon, fully expecting to leave a message, but Christina answered. I told her I wanted to rent a portable unit, and she said she would see what she could do. Amazingly, she sent Brad, who was wonderful, to my home on that same Sunday to drop it off. During that time, my mother was also in the hospital for several days, which was extremely stressful. Not only did Evans return to fix my unit, but Britney was extraordinarily compassionate, scheduling my repair around my hospital shifts, asking about my mother, encouraging me to stay positive, and lean on the good Lord. To say I am grateful for the high-quality work and outstanding customer service I received doesn’t begin to describe how exceptional Evans Heating and Air is. They are the benchmark to which all other HVAC companies should be measured. I would use them again in a heartbeat and glowingly recommend them to everyone.

  Woke up to our HVAC not working and was able to get someone out here and everything fixed/back up and running before 2pm. The best!
