  I had given Glass Pro a negative review as I never received a call back for a quote. They responded that they were sorry and asked me to call to give them more information on what happened. I called today at the number they had provided and when they answered they then disconnected my call. I think they have some real problems with their customer service.

  So, we all know the "improvements" being made at five points (the ones that are literally suffocating good hard-working business owners into going out of business). Well, when don't guy in a big jacked up f350 decided he doesn't want to yield at over of those 48 yield signs so he so l hands the had, spins the tires and kicks rocks on your new car you have only had 3 days, it's a little frustrating trying to find windshield repair m. My insurance told me I should go through Safelite, but Safelite Mobile techs won't work on new cars with the driver assistance features and they want you to drive 77 miles to Midway, FL or 120 to Brunswick to a shop. So, I asked a my auto service pro who to go to locally and he sent me to Glass Pro. Went in and talked to Mr. Wayne who was very polite and professional and connected me with Mr Jimmy who walked out and looked at it and quoted me a price that was cheaper than going thru my insurance company (note... Even if they waive your deductible, they're still going to get your premiums later).. he explained the process... Pretty neat process too... Told me it wouldn't take long and took care of it right there. I was literally in and out and done before the people in Tifton (the ones who have a Google listing AND a website saying they have a location on North Valdosta road that doesn't exist) could forget to call me back. Outstanding job, polite, professional, fair priced and genuinely good, decent people. All of them! It's one of those businesses where you leave hoping you never need their services again... But if I ever need windshield repair again, there will be exactly one place I talk to. Outstanding!

  Had our windshield repaired and they did and awesome job! You wouldn't know that it got repaired

  Friendly people and great service managed to get a appointment with out waiting long and got what I need fixed
