  I received excellent personalized attention by Mr. Ed. He took his time to enlightened me about windows based on all his great deal of experience and he gave a great advice about what kind of windows to acquire and he promptly provided me with the total costs about my order. Therefore, I'm going home to make sure I get the right measurements to place my order. I'm another satisfied customer. Thank you.

  While they did a good job on our windows, the service on pickup was really bad. I only had to pick up a small window (2ftx2ft), and had sleeping kids in the car, so I called in and confirmed that it was all paid and ready. I told them that I was here in the parking lot and had sleeping kids in the car and asked if I could just pull up to the freight door to get it. "Oh, yes, come anytime before 4" I was told. I repeated again that I was currently here and had sleeping kids. They agreed that I could just go to the freight door, so I did. I waited about 5 minutes, but no one showed up, so I got out leaving the van running because every parent knows that if you turn it off, the kids wake up! I stood right inside the loading bay watching a worker casually flipping thru pages on the other side of the warehouse with ear buds in. The lady in the office glanced my way twice making eye contact, but not making any movement either to come out or to call out my pick-up order. The third time the office lady made eye contact, she waved at me to come to the office. I shook my head and pointed out the door to where my car was. Another lady in the office stood up and waved at me as if I had not understood the first lady's wave. Again I shook my head and waved at them to come the 30 ft to where I stood. Finally, the third one stood up and waved at me to come as well. I again waved at them to come to the door that they had just told me I could pick up from after explaining that I had sleeping kids in the car. I didn't need to pay. It was all paid for. Just a simple pick up of a small window. When all three of their attempts at waving me in failed (after just telling me on the phone that there was no need for me to come in to the office), they picked up the intercom to speak to me and ask me to come in to the office. Again I reiterated what I had told them on the phone at least twice just minutes before. They then did what they could have done the first time I called them, gave them my info, and stated that I was at the loading door to pick up my one small window. They sent a message to the man casually flipping thru pages, and he retrieved my window - a feat that could easily have been done 15 minutes previously with my first phone call. It's not unreasonable to not want to wake sleeping children to walk into an office simply to give your name for a pick up of an order that's confirmed paid for and ready. Three ladies were not even willing to walk 30 ft to greet a customer or to simply request on the intercom that my order be brought to the delivery door. Summary- windows are good, prices are good, office staff not the greatest.

  Place is good it's just, someone who works inside always parked the Porsche on top of the walk/disable ramp.
