I reached out to them for a specific issue, and instead of addressing what I actually needed, they didn’t tell me they couldn’t do the job I asked for. That alone was frustrating, but what made it worse was how unprofessional everything felt after that. Rather than providing a proper written estimate, they refused to document anything formally. Instead, they scribbled a $3,500 quote for completely different work—work I did not request—on the back of a business card. No breakdown, no professionalism. If a company can’t provide a clear, written estimate or even stay aligned with what the customer is asking for, that’s a major red flag. I do not recommend Sundry Waterproofing.
