  Driveway has water that settles below the garage door when it rains all the way across the driveway.Poor leveling.Tire marks occur on driveway with normal use. Constant pressure washing will be needed to clean it up.Unessesary maintenence. Not satisfied.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Sundry Waterproofing. I reached out to them for a specific issue, and instead of addressing what I actually needed, they didn’t tell me they couldn’t do the job I asked for. That alone was frustrating, but what made it worse was how unprofessional everything felt after that. Rather than providing a proper written estimate, they refused to document anything formally. Instead, they scribbled a $3,500 quote for completely different work—work I did not request—on the back of a business card. No breakdown, no professionalism. If a company can’t provide a clear, written estimate or even stay aligned with what the customer is asking for, that’s a major red flag. I do not recommend Sundry Waterproofing.

  I had some major flooding in my basement. Called "Sundry" for help asap. They sent on awesome guy out by the name of John. John was very patient with me and my needs. He assured me that he would get the job done. Thanks to "Sundry" my problem was fixed. Having any flooding or other needs contact "Sundry" and ask for John.

  Should be allowed 0 stars! This company is the absolute worst!! Another unhappy customer. Had Sundry come out to give an estimate on repairing our porch foundation. Porch slab was sinking, they said we needed piers to raise and stabilize foundation. This was about 18 months ago. Am getting brick work repaired afterwards, due to Covid, funds, and mason found front porch and retaining wall was cracked, and dropped out from under porch slab. Found out we didn't need Sundry to put in piers, the porch needed to be rebuilt totally. Either Sundry didn't see it (no way you could miss that) or their work played a part in cracking the retaining wall. Their response? We did what we were hired to do, except they were hired based on their recommendation for the piers. Has blamed everyone else for the issue. They got their money and now won't consider some form of resolution. Do not do business with this company unless you want to spend money to clean up their mess!
