★★★★★ Highly recommend Southeast Crawlspace Consulting. We bought a house in Rome, GA with a wet crawlspace and hired SECC for perimeter drainage, full encapsulation, wall insulation, and a dehumidifier. Bill was honest and easy to work with from the start. He explained clearly what the earlier partial drain did and did not cover, and he never pushed us. What stood out: Bill worked directly with our termite company so the job kept the inspection gaps they require, and he promised to make any changes they ask for at no extra cost. The warranty transferred to us at no charge. The crew installed two sump pumps with a battery backup, wrapped every pier, and sealed the vents. The results were fast. Crawlspace humidity was around 80% before the work and dropped below 60% within a few days. Thank you Bill and team!

I highly recommend Will Frehse and Southeast Crawlspace Consulting! We were installing new flooring in our finished basement and my contractor suggested I contact a foundation services company to inspect the existing concrete foundation before the flooring went in. The only trouble was that it was 6:30pm on Friday evening, the flooring was ready to be installed, and I had a wave of other contractors that couldn’t start the next phase until the flooring was finished. This potential unexpected delay was about to wreck my timeline. I called several local foundation inspection & repair companies throughout Atlanta. After getting the after-hours phone service at several other reputable local companies, I found SCC on google and tried calling. Of all the companies, Will was the only person who answered my call (after hours no less) and spent significant time with me reviewing the project and providing his expert guidance and advice. Fortunately, Will assured me we didn’t have any issues, and later received similar guidance from another trusted friend in the industry. While Will probably could have scheduled a visit and upsold me on something given my predicament, he took the long-term view and provided honest, reliable and accurate advice. I am truly indebted to Will and Southeast Crawlspace Consulting. The next time I need foundation consulting services, there’s no doubt I’ll be calling Will at SCC, and strongly suggest you do too. Thanks so much Will. We very much appreciate your old school service,m ease of doing business, and reliable advice!

By far the best crawlspace company in Atlanta. I was quoted a higher price for half the work from a big company that wouldn't have done the work right. Southeast came highly recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I chose them. Prices are GREAT, finished the job in record time and cleaned up so good I couldn't tell the were here other than my dry beautiful white crawlspace. Now maybe my wife won't be scared to go into it. Great job Will and the team. Highly highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Southeast Crawlspace Consulting and the exceptional experience I had with them recently! Their communication from start to finish was clear, prompt, and transparent. Gabriel and Will were incredibly involved, taking the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain the exact scope of work without any high-pressure sales tactics. Their pricing was more than fair—offering honest, real solutions rather than just pushing the most expensive option—and their availability to answer questions and get the job scheduled quickly was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a humid, wet, or moldy crawlspace. Gabriel even went above and beyond and helped fix an issue I was having with a smaller, portable dehumidifier! I feel confident that the crawlspace will be in good shape for years to come! Many thanks to you both!!
