Very helpful and friendly very quick as well. Really good place if you have some good questions, they know what they’re doing. Honestly, I might have to break another window myself so I can talk with them again cause they’re cool to work with. :)

We are very happy to do business with true crafts people. The folks here know their business well and were able to make exactly the glass shelves we needed. Excellent service.

Wonderful products and wonderful people. Even helped show me how to replace my windows myself. Can't stress enough how great this place is. 🥰

Dropped off a drawing for a quote for a piece of cut glass, was told they'd be in touch in a couple days. Never heard back. I called back once a week for the next THREE weeks and they kept telling me they would be in touch with the quote. I never heard back from them after the third call, and I won't ever consider contacting them for work again.
