  The entire process went smoothly. The sales experience was delightful. Lionel was super without any pressure to up sale us. He listened to what we wanted and set out to provide. No 3-hour sales pitch. He answered all concerns professionally with honesty. The install went smoothly too. The guys were very professional and cleaned up spotless within reasonable time. I totally recommend J R Bolton for a gas log.

  My husband and I decided to change our wood burning fireplace into a gas log fireplace and decided to go to our local fireplace J.R. Bolton Fireplaces. That is when we met Lionel Farrington, a sales representative for the company. Lionel is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to what we wanted and were looking for. He showed us a lot of different ways we could get what we were looking for. We decided to not look anywhere else and go with what Lionel came up with for us. We don't usually trust salesman, however, Lionel had us from the very beginning when we started talking to him. I would highly recommend J.R. Bolton Fireplaces. They have an amazing showroom and lots of choices. I would especially recommend asking for Lionel Farrington to help you.

  Holy Cow! What a great experience. You know that feeling of elated accomplishment and satisfaction when faced with a challenge that gets resolved quickly, painlessly, effectively and professionally? That’s the feeling I had after contracting Bolton for my gas leak. I was out-of-town when my pet care giver /tenant said she smelled gas. I immediately called Atlanta Gas and Light. They sent out technician who confirmed there is a gas leak coming from a faulty valve in fireplace. He turned off all my gas until so could get someone out to diagnose with a complete home pressure test and repair. This is Thursday afternoon. My tenant needs hot water and ability to cook. Who do I call? Not like I keep a gas leak repairman in my phone contacts. Call a plumber the technician says. Right. Get a plumber the same day…well…get a good plumber the same day..,my plumber couldn’t get there til Monday. So now I must scroll the internet. How damn lucky was I to pick JR Bolton?!!! Plumber. Gas leak experts. Linda was absolutely fantastic on the phone setting up appointment and informing me of process, potential costs etc.. They sent their tech, Moises out first thing Friday morning. I’m still out-of-town. Moises called me when on the way, when there, after he looked at it, told me what was cause, gave me options for now or later, and all affordable options. TOP NOTCH service from initial call to problem completion. No buyers remorse here. Satisfaction 💯 for sure.
