  I've been in Burchwood Subdivision for 18 months now. I love it here overall a beautiful home despite a few issues that they refused to repair like drywall seams because this has happen after they repaired it once which was a rush job done in one day!!!!! Let's talk about the landscaping company that DRB has contracted to do the lawn work is a horrible company and yes I know this is a commercial account. This company has run over my landscape bricks and chopped up concrete & wood columns on my patio with the weed eater . This week Monday 8/17 I came home to to them messing up my lawn! It's very frustrating to pay HOA fees to a company that doesn't respond!!! The turf needs to be replaced or repaired ASAP. I'm sure other homeowners are frustrated as well on how the lawn is kept and how it looks throughout the subdivision . They recently sent a lawn company here to treat the lawns with no prior notice so if we have treated the lawn it causes it to burn the grass and that's another issue they will ignore. We have overgrown grass/weeds at least knee high or above near the mail center that needs some serious attention.

  I cannot believe how I was just treated like basically nothing by the two on staff agents at Burchwood. They blew me off and dismissed me. Today is Sunday June 21st 2026, 4:21p. I have have toured several DRB communities but this one was the only place that made me feel the way I do now. When asking about incentives, they wouldn’t even tell me. They simply handed me a brochure and said pricing and incentives is on the sheet. I will not be bringing any clients to this community.

  Teonda King was my sales rep during my purchase and let’s just say she went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She is patient, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am willing to share her because I want everyone to experience the great customer service that she offers. Some people do it because they have to while others do it because it’s right! She one of the few that follow principles and walks in complete integrity. She’s the right person in this industry that’s making a huge difference.
