  Its not the good experiences you usually remember (and review), but the bad ones. I had used Affordable Septic in my last home in an uneventful, quick septic pump for a few hundred dollars and thought nothing of it. When I called out Affordable in my new home I expected much the same, but boy was I wrong. What was intended to be a simple pump down, 1 hour and 500 or so dollars, instead took nearly 7 hours and cost me 2200$. So why the 5 star review? James, Chase, and Seth busted theirs butts to tackle a job none of us expected. Finding the tank proved nearly impossible, and required them leaving the site to get a camera after well over an hour of prodding, probing, and failed attempts to locate. After returning with the camera we found that we had missed the tank by mere feet. That's when things got crazy. When we purchased the home we were assured that the system had been pumped the year prior to our purchase. Instead, we located the tank under where we had previously had a tree in the backyard (that i had personally cut down when we moved in). So instead of not being pumped in 5 years, it hadn't been pumped since the house was built, 27 years ago. It was a nightmare. The previous owners appear to have used the septic system and toilets for trash cans. Anything you can imagine, we found it in there. Then came the quote. 3500$. Pumping, needed repairs to the tank, cleaning out the horribly obstructed field. Obviously we were unhappy at the news, but it had to get done. Everyone, myself included, was shocked we hadn't had an issue sooner, and to avoid disaster, we needed to cough up six times what we expected. So the guys got to work. Digging through nearly 30 years of detritus, trash, and filth, all without complaints. They expected it to take around 5 hours to pump and clean since it was so bad. So imagine my surprise when James told me it was moving a bit faster than expected and they were able to get it done quicker than quoted. The price dropped 1300 bucks. I had already agreed to the higher price and was willing to pay it. James could've kept it where it was and I would have been none the wiser, but he said it was only right to charge me the right price, not the higher price. They finished up and I helped them clean up debris from the yard, despite their protests. If you need work done, call Affordable. Request these 3 guys. They're worth every cent, and you won't pay more than you need to. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Thanks for all you guys do.

  Chase and Shane did an amazing job they suck kind and sophisticated. Really smart they knew exactly what was going on and were extremely affordable just like there name. I don’t think this company could have picked two better men to represent there company. This will be the only company I call and highly recommend thank y’all so much.

  Today, Mr. Chase, Tyler and Payton came in, to educate me on how to properly take care of my septic tank and how to prevent any trouble in the future these three gentlemen from Affordable septic Service LLC were great educators great hard work you made that help me and my family have a healthier septic tank and education about how to take care of our septic tank so we wouldn’t need service for the next 3 to 5 years. This is a great company great hard work email do their best to make sure you as a customer is satisfied they make sure they showed me pictures and kept me involved from the beginning middle and end of the process thank you gentlemen for taking your time and helping me out with this great service.
