  Our warranty company used them as our contractors. We have been waiting for two weeks since they came out for them send over the inspection report to the warranty company. The receptionist is incompetent and just forwards to a number that doesn't respond.

  Thank you to the young tech Isaih he was very knowledgeable about what was going on in my house with my AC he definitely made me feel comfortable and assured definitely recommend this company keep up the great work guys!

  I opened my service ticket with Strada Services on Monday, June 22. A technician came out on Wednesday, June 24, but was unable to diagnose the issue, leaving my AC still not working. I had to call Strada myself to let them know the problem was unresolved. A second technician came on Friday, June 26, successfully diagnosed the problem, and my home warranty approved the needed part that same day. When I called back on Monday, June 29, I was told that even though my ticket had already been open for over a week, I would be scheduled as if I were a new customer, with no availability until the following week. During a heat advisory, that means my family will be without air conditioning for more than two weeks. The most disappointing part has been the lack of empathy and urgency shown for an existing customer with an unresolved issue. Once the part arrives, customers with open tickets should be prioritized instead of being sent to the back of the line. I’m posting this in the hope that someone at Strada Services with the authority to help will read this and do the right thing by prioritizing customers whose homes have already been without air conditioning for days. That’s the level of care I expected from a company that describes itself as family-owned and operated.

  Ben and Strada did a great job on a hot summer day. Got our AC up and running in just a few hours. He kept us updated as he worked through the troubleshooting and was very professional, personable and courteous. We will be using Strada again, but hopefully not needed anytime soon!

  Juan Alonso in the plumbing group did a fantastic job. Did a full descale and signed us up for the annual maintenance plan. Strada did another great job! Well done Juan!
