  The Technicians we very nice , polite and relatable . They did the job in a very good time frame . They were both a pleasure to work with . I highly recommend them . I have been a customer for approximately 20 years . My son is vent dependent so Perkins is a necessity for us . I highly recommend their services .

  Lead Service Tech James Porter and his assistant Micah earned 5 stars for their friendly and efficient repair of my Generac generator. Also, the after-hours answering service rep earned 5 stars for her sympathetic response to my complaints about Perkins' failure to keep me updated on scheduling delays. Earning ZERO/NO stars was the scheduling department. They originally set me up for 8 a.m. to 12 noon; but no one showed up at my house until 5:30 p.m.! If recent storms had required that Perkins add additional repairs to their schedule that day, then they should have let me know how that factor would impact me.

  We purchased a Generac stand-by generator from Perkins Generator Store a number of years ago and have had them service it on a regular basis since. It has always been ready to run when the power goes out, and we are always confident that it will. The folks at Perkins Generator Store are always responsive and helpful if we need to contact them for any reason. I highly recommend Generac and, in particular, Perkins Generator Store. Their technical staff are extremely competent and know what they are doing.
