Awesome experience Andrew was very knowledgeable and helped me out throughout the whole process. Definitely took his time and felt that interpersonal connection when it comes to customer service.

This location is absolutely amazing. Had to drive in from out of town to pick up flooring. Due to their AC being out the workers had gone home. However with me and Andrew having talked on the phone earlier he left a note with his number to call. After calling him he immediately let me know he would be right in to help me get everything done. I greatly appreciate his willingness to come back to help get the flooring loaded. Will always recommended this store for all flooring needs. Go see Andrew at the store for help he’s awesome.

Apparently they have a pretty flexible schedule and come in when they choose..!! 915am and nobody's here... great way to win customers!
