  I called to have them re -glue an undermount sink they had done originally when the house was built. $350 which was fine but they wanted all of it up front. "Their policy" Nope, it is my policy not to hand over money to companies as "deposits" and instead pay upon completion as I have learned from my past. It is typical to put down money on parts, not labor which was the majority of this charge and when you do the parts need to be at your house when you pay it. Come to find out they only do the glue and do not reattach the plumping. I would have ended up having to call a plumber in addition to have the plumbing reinstalled. Which they could have just told me on the phone when I scheduled. Just to have a sink re glued...that should not need to be re glued to begin with. They sent an elaborate contract as well that pretty much states they are not responsible for anything. I would never sign what they sent. The way the granite was cut left me no options to buy a drop in sink without having to recut the granite.

  Working with Counter Fitters, and specifically, Bailey, was such a joy from start to finish! We felt completely comforted by the professionalism and knowledge that Bailey presented herself with. She took the time to personally walk with us through the massive AGM imports natural stone warehouse and helped us find the soapstone of our dreams. I also wanted a unique stone for my dry bar and Bailey had THE perfect piece for me to use, a gorgeous green Victoria Regia quartzite, just what my funky little bar needed to really set it off! The installers did a fantastic job and the cut choices that were made turned out brilliantly. We have no complaints and would recommend Counter Fitters to anyone!

  Randy and his crew did an excellent bath and kitchen installation of granite counter tops. They were very professional and efficient. They were always on time and cleaned the work areas before leaving. I would certainly use them again in the future.

  I recently used Counterfitters to replace kitchen countertops on very dated (and a bit raggedy), but very sturdy, plywood kitchen cabinets. To say that they were vintage is an understatement. Not only did they do a phenomenal job on the countertops, they also put me in touch with a small company (husband and wife) who professionally painted the cabinet bases and installed new cabinet doors and hardware. It was quite the undertaking, but the end result was gorgeous! I knew it was a huge ask, and I was not expecting perfection, but even with the obstacles, it was pretty close to perfect. I highly recommend! Carly and Amanda are wonderful!
