  Clog repair affecting both toilets and at least one bath. Very quick to respond, helpful, clear and done quickly (job was much less involved than anticipated, but still a plus). Very friendly and polite. I was amazed I could get someone same day much less within the hour. I will definitely be using this service again. Although I hope not anytime soon.

  Jeremy did a great job fixing my toilets that had all kinds of problems and caulking around my tubs. He did a lot better job than the last guy who caulked my tubs! He was careful, polite, and cleaned up. I will call Ben Franklin again for my future plumbing problems!

  Erik is the best EVER!!!! He found the exact shower/tub fixtures I had hoped for. He must have searched for hours. He is definitely a perfectionist. Now waiting for the installation. I feel quite confident that he will do an extremely professional job. Thank you Erik!!

  Jeremy was great. He was on time, very nice, courteous and professional. It didn’t take him a long time to fix the problem. The customer service was excellent. I would definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again if/when I’m in need of a plumber.
