  Had a leak from a busted irrigation pipe due to small tap roots that put pin size holes into the pipe. It created a small flood in the back yard. I located where the leak was and after his observation he said he would have to dig and cut roots to replace the pvc pipe. Before he started he quoted $802 to repair. After i consulted a friend who is a plumber but not available at the time and showed the video of the job to him, I was informed that it was maximum a $200 job and I was being taken advantage of. The damaged pipe was only 10 inches long with pin sized holes and less than 2 ft underground. The job took about an hour but he sat in his van for another 30-40 then after I confronted him he still charged $497. Although I agreed I feel that he knew this was a simple fix and just felt he wasn’t honest and the price was 4 times what I found out it would really cost. Thank God I was there because it was my elderly mother’s house and she would have probably ended up paying the $802 if not more Good work just not good business practice. Justice would be to receive some sort of compensation for overpricing a job.

  Eric was very professional and personable too. I had called on you for what appeared to be a simple filter change for my whole house water filter system as well as the under the counter reverse osmosis system. What appeared at first something I can do on my own was definitely beyond my skill level - especially the RO. I am glad Eric took good care of me. I will.call on you again when the need arises.
