  First time calling a handyman from ACE Handyman services--and what a fantastic surprise when Charles Key arrived! It quickly became clear that Charles was far more than a Handyman! The depth of his many home-supporting skills was clear in his questions, potential solutions, selected solutions, and successful "fixes". His knowledge, skills, and strategies were applied with acumen and confidence--and they all served to perfectly restore the several areas of my home that he "fixed"! In addition, he was professional in manner and action. He worked quickly but with awareness of all related potential or real problems involved with his actions in each repair--including some challenging electrical issues as well as flooring, shutters and a door. He was careful to clean up after each "fix" and he worked with enthusiasm, skill, and an attitude of producing the best possible outcome of each task. It was a pleasure to have Charles provide his skills and solution-based approach to us! He demonstrates the perfect support and interaction any client could usually only dream of having to work with them to solve home/building issues. With the utmost respect for Charles' outstanding skills and behaviors, I fully recommend him for home improvement situations!--or if they simply want to meet a young man whose goal is to help the customer solve and fix home problems--while having a gentleman focused on making a difference in the world through using his high level of skills to make life easier for the home-owner!
