  I highly recommend Zoom Drain! As a local Realtor, I’ve called them twice in the past week with time-sensitive issues for my clients, and both times they responded quickly and sent knowledgeable technicians out to evaluate and resolve the problems. Their responsiveness and expertise helped us address potential issues before they could impact our closings, which is incredibly important in a real estate transaction. In addition to their drain and sewer services, Zoom Drain also has a full plumbing division too. Reliable, professional, responsive, and a great resource for both homeowners and real estate professionals. I will definitely be calling them again!

  I called several companies before hiring Zoom Drain. Zoom was the only company whose explanation of my problem made sense. They came to my home, examine the problem, spent most of the day fixing the issue and only charged me for the cost of an initial visit. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

  Gerald came out to run a camera down our drain line and completely exceeded expectations. He hit a tough spot (couldn't get the camera past a P-trap on the first visit) and instead of just giving up or padding the bill, he came back the next day with the right tool to get it done — 31 feet down the line, fully documented. What really stood out was how much he explained along the way. He walked me through the video in real time — what he was seeing, what it meant, how everything connected — instead of just handing me a report and leaving. He also looked at the other water sources in my unit and gave me a clear breakdown: what I could safely handle myself, what needed a professional, and how to maintain the system until the next inspection. Confident, direct, and clearly knows his stuff — no vague hedging, just straight answers. Would absolutely request him again.

  I could not be happier. Our tech, Daryl was prompt, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Our underground, outdoor drains had not been cleaned in a long time. We’re confident now that we can handle the rain around our home. I recommend not putting off maintaining these drains and call Zoom Drain. Thanks to all.

  Working with Zoom Drain Sandy Springs was an excellent experience from start to finish. The plumbers were able to correctly diagnose and fix an issue that another plumbing company had misdiagnosed. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient and used diagnostic tools to clearly show us what was happening and explain the best solution before proceeding. The work was completed neatly and efficiently, and they left the entire area clean when they were finished. I especially appreciated their clear communication and the time they took to make sure we understood both the problem and the repair. It was refreshing to work with plumbers who were thorough, honest, and clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!
