  Lauri helped us with general information and choices for replacing our basement carpet with vinyl planks. And Neuber scheduled the install and their installers finished the job! It was professional from start to finish. We are thrilled with the result! Thank you, Flooring Atlanta-Roswell!

  We had a fantastic experience with Flooring Atlanta! The store itself is very easy to walk around and browse, but the true highlight of our project was working with Laurie Morgan. We cannot thank her enough—she went above and beyond to help us find the absolute best options for our needs. We visited the store multiple times while making our decision, and Laurie was consistently patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. When bad weather created a last-minute issue on our scheduled installation day, Lorie stepped in again and worked magic to get us rescheduled for a sooner slot than what was originally available. The installation crew was equally impressive. They arrived right on time, completed the work with great attention to detail, were super respectful of our space, and left everything spotless when they finished. From sales to final install, the service was top-notch. Highly recommend asking for Laurie!

  We had a great experience with Flooring Atlanta. Josh was very honest and helpful and gave us good suggestions for the best carpet for our bedroom. He came out to measure a few days later and carpet was installed the following week. Overall very quick and easy process. We'll definitely come back again for any other flooring needs.

  Great experience! From the showroom to installation, the quality and service were outstanding. I was kept informed, the installers were on time, efficient, professional and left my home as clean as it was when they arrived. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Atlanta Flooring again.
