  I’m leaving this review to make other potential customers aware of our experience, not to smear or personally attack anyone. I believe companies should know when customers have concerns about the quality of work they received. We paid Atlanta Painting Company over $10,000 to paint the exterior of our home, replace rotted wood, caulk the siding, and re-fasten our shutters. Unfortunately, we had to repeatedly point out things that were included in the scope of the project but had not been completed. The crew initially began painting before replacing the rotted wood, and caulking was not done until we specifically asked about it. We also had to address the shutters, and my husband ultimately had to purchase the appropriate screws himself so that they could be re-fastened. There were also several areas that the crew missed and had to be pointed out, as well as cleanup issues with materials and paint cans being left in our backyard. We decided not to make an issue of these things at the time because many of them were eventually addressed. However, we recently had a roofing company inspect our roof, and their photos revealed that rotted wood on the back of our chimney had never been replaced. This was particularly concerning because we were charged for replacing the rotted wood on the chimney. We contacted Atlanta Painting Company’s management by email, explained the situation, and included photos documenting the problem. Unfortunately, we have not received any response. I am disappointed because we trusted the company with a significant investment in our home. My hope in leaving this review is simply that other homeowners know to carefully inspect the work before considering the project complete, and that Atlanta Painting Company’s management becomes aware of the experience we had with their crew. I would be happy to update this review if the company responds and takes appropriate steps to address the unfinished work.

  We had our home in Highgrove Peachtree city /fayetteville painted with Atlanta Painting Company. Genna, our sales rep was amazing - she communicated with us during the entire process and always made herself available. We had a minor hiccup during the process and she took care of it! Loved the final product and will be using Atlanta Painting Company/Genna and crew again.

  I recently used Atlanta Painting Company this past February 2026. I am having a problem with the application of paint they applied to shutters I purchased for them to paint and install. I have been speaking with Marcus and/or Stephen previously about this issue. I have called the office but was unable to speak with anyone or leave a message. I last spoke to Marcus on 8/10 via text. I am still waiting for him to get back with me. I will gladly update this review once the issue is resolved.

  When you call Atlanta Painting, ask for Steve Ring. He's great with getting to your site, getting you a quote and having the best crew work on your job. I've worked with Steve on at least 4 jobs and they've all been wonderful. We run a small college and they've 2 classrooms, re-done a bathroom that suffered a ceiling roof leak, painted a street side fence and even repainted and re-striped an outside loading dock. I've got several more painting projects and I'll be calling Atlanta Painting to do them ALL!!!

  Atlanta painting was a great choice. The estimate was reasonable. Repairs were done well. From my initial estimate from Steve Ring and project management by Larry Genova everything was done when and how it was communicated. After an initial hiccup with the painter everything was communicated well. The painters did a fantastic job, I had some siding and soffit repairs and significant peeling paint. They worked diligently to get everything repaired and looking wonderful. I am so thankful to have used Atlanta Painting
