  We called Air Control after not having a great experience with another company and them ultimately missing some important issues with what was going on! Matt was great!!! He explained everything, clearly, and was very knowledgeable. He actually was able to solve the problem no ac tech has been able to diagnose (for many years). On top of knowledgeable,, Matt was trustworthy and ethical too!!!!

  I couldn’t recommend a better company. Just speaking to Nicole (haha same name), I already knew I made the right choice. She was kind and told me she was able to fit me in the same day for a diagnostic on my system. I had a tech come out; he too was polite, knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. He told me due to the age, rust, leakage etc (it stopped cooling) on my system, it was best to replace it! Safe to say I don’t regret it at all, the following day when installers arrived they all greeted themselves then went straight to work. It was an all day job (which I expected). I’m very grateful for everyone for the manners and respect they had for my home as if it were theirs. 15/10 definitely recommend!

  Requested an appointment which was scheduled between the hours of 4 and 6 p.m. The employee showed up at 2:40 p.m. Needless to say no one was there to let him complete anything. So, know that if there is an appointment time scheduled, it may or may not be at the time that was agreed.

  This company came highly recommended when Dennis was the owner. We got excellent service. At that time we replaced our air conditioner and furnace in 2022. This past week our air conditioner stopped working. Since we were so pleased with them, we called them again. We were told there was a leak and the coolent was no longer available. We found out the coolent is available until 2036.. Also the parts were going to take 2-3 weeks to get. They said that all units using the old coolant would have to be replaced, not true. The sales manager was not caring and not interested in helping us. No one can understand what we were told. I do hope this message gets to the owner, William. He is giving mis information and needs to be replaced, as he represents your business. Under Dennis every client was valued. I hope you will address this issue. Thank you very much..
