  I really dont take issue with these guys as much as I do the city of chattanooga. However, Ive had a porta potty sitting in front of my house for two weeks after construction. My fence was hit during said construction and one gentleman argued it wasnt when i had the pictures to prove otherwise. Didnt hear back from the city project manager about fixing it until a week later. Contracted someone else out to remove it 5 days after the construction ended because it posed as a danger of falling in to my yard. I sent the city of chattanooga an invoice of the demolition of just the busted part of the fence which was sent to Talley almost two weeks later and they dont wanna pay for it. Im not asking for the whole fence to be paid for. Just the portion that was hit. Its the principle. Im beyond frustrated and upset. The city of Chattanooga needs to either make this right or talley needs to stop taking residential work from the city.

  Your company is unprofessional and dangerous. I watched your crew tell an elderly man whose driveway you had blocked that he would have to park around the corner. He needed his ramp to get up to his house and your crew would not move your equipment. Long story short he fell because your crew is heartless. It was truly one of the most disgusting displays I have ever witnessed. Your company should be shut down. Blocking a man with well displayed handicap tags from entering his driveway and making him walk blocks was bad. But when you moved your truck and blocked the ramp he uses it was disgusting. You should be ashamed and your whole crew should be fired.
